I used to watch your analysis videos 14(?) years ago. You didn’t have an intro back then and I enjoy all of it in glorious 360p. Your analysis quality didn’t drop off at all, here’s to 14 more years Jerry!
What a great day! I love all of Judit's games shown on the internet. Seeing her as a child do what she did is such a source of joy! What a mind and what a beautiful human being she remains!
Folks like Tal and Judit Polgar as these fierce fighter champions is just incredible to behold. Sure I like Karpov and Capa's style more, but nothing like a straight for the throat attack that works.
Wonderfully dynamic play by the young Polgar, and great analysis. I will be using this game and your analysis of it, with my students soon. Thanks Jerry.
I love Judith polgar. She is one of the greatest players of all time, male or female, she's just incredible. Super ruthless attacking chess, my favorite. Reminds me a bit of some of my other favorites like tal, morphy, naka, shirov, etc.
That line at 4:50 id go with black cause im moving my queen to f8 in hopes of supporting the bishop on g4 to fork the queen and rook by moving it to f3.
To be quite honest, I never realized that Judit Polgar is actually slightly younger than me. I remember thinking that she was slightly past her time clear back in the ICC days (watched her play a bit and give lessons on that platform). We would have both been still in our 20s back then. I'm not quite sure what made me think she was significantly older than that.
The line with Nd4 is simply too unambitious for white against the Benoni invitation (..c5), even when we don't consider white's later blunders. d5 seems forced to me and I always play it in such positions.
Jerry, it's "whom you would prefer to be." "Who" is subject, whom" is object. Who/he and whom/him. You would not say, "I prefer to be he [sic]". "Whom do you call? I call him." "Who called? He called." "Whom would you prefer to be? I'd prefer to be him." It's not pseudo-sophisticate, and you can say "whom" lightly, just slur it a bit if you're afraid to sound snobby, for being correct. Some try to be "sophisticated" and get it backwards, like "Talking about whom [sic] was mistaken."
Speaking of sounding snobby... 🙄 You could be thankful for Jerry's effort in creating a 13-minute video for your enjoyment, but instead you chose to be critical of 1 second of it.
Polgar plays like there's no opponent. She simply crushes you.

360p! Thank you for the compliment/support. 👍😎
You are the architect of modern analysis. Thank you.
Polgar was a menace as an attacker.
Underrated sounds like an understatement, that was amazing 🔥
Judit is so talented! Became GM at the age of 15. Amazing!
I've been a fan of Judit's chess style for many years. And I really enjoyed the game & concise narration for this game too.
Brilliant!! Thanks for featuring Judit
Any Judit Polgar game, I’m watching!

Jerry, I loved it. Thanks. Your analysis and delivery are top notch.

Thumbnail Judit is a mood
Analysis out of the world
Remarkable that a 12 yr girl could think like this
Love to see Judit’s games! Young Judit was so fierce!!

I agree!!
Thanks!
Thank you for the $2.00 bikedoc 😎. Super Thanks!
You made the key point: when White's knight isn't on f3, the kingside is vulnerable.
Awesome game! Thanks, Jerry :)
oh love this one
Aw the knight didn’t get the Family Fork 😞
well... almost:)
A beauty! Thanks for sharing.
I remember old Benoni Kenobi. He lived out beyond the perimeter. Never had a chance to play him though.
Sadly it went no further, for what a glorious final charge for the knight a mere one move away!
Not only a great game by Polgar, but your analysis is very informative. I am a monkey playing chess. Where did i leave that banana?
I love Judit
Get the fork, cause we're ready to eat! Game over! Wow, nice!
Excellent game by Judit Polgar. Than for refreshing such big games.

After qf8 what if I play qg6?

Brillante partida de Polgar y excelente análisis.gracias y Saludos.
Thank you for watching. 👍
Been following for a while now, and I'm guessing it's always going to be good old Jerry on the other side.

Judit Polgar plays the most entertaining chess there is.
When I was 11 I was still playing 1. a4.
Thank you.
Nice game by the young Judit
Getting royally forked is the worst...it's likely her opponent just went to the bathroom and never returned.
can you make a video on the sack of rome games by Sofia Polgar
Yes, please!
once upon a time the highest performance rating in a tournament.. 2900+..
I wonder, how much more would she improve if she continued playing ...
The line with Nd4 is simply too unambitious for white against the Benoni invitation (..c5), even when we don't consider white's later blunders. d5 seems forced to me and I always play it in such positions.
Best female to ever play the game.
Yes, without a doubt, but also simply one of the best to ever play the game.
Good video you didn't scream once....of course on the last move I thought Nd3+ not Nb3#
Judit was/is a real genius! 😀
brutal
Yeah a fren of mine, who is half black african and half jew, once played against her in a tournament and completely got wrecked. She vemry stromg!
Royal Forkmate!
Hey Jerry, when you say “for choice” I think you mean “spoiled/spoilt for choice”. It bugs me to no end!
Who is Jerry? Is he still a NM or he became a GM? I think Jerry is alien.
Jerry is NM, sir.
Hi Jerry
Let's be real; I could beat Judit easily...
In a bench press competition
Queen of the Chess. Most beautiful, most brilliant. Agree?
Hi Jerry😊
Don't play drunk 😢
★★★★★☆
Move in the thumbnail seems like cheating to me ngl but I guess they gave her some slack as she was just 11 and a prodigy.
They didn't have computers that strong when she was 11.
I think Judit Polgar is using Computer Assistance
😂
Computers in those days were not very strong.
Easy there Kramnik
Start the procedure 😂
I think computer is using Judit Assistance

"Who" has been common in place of "whom" for at least 100 years.
"Whom is a made-up word used to trick students."
Whomever you are, do us all a favor and shut up.
Speaking of sounding snobby... 🙄

Nothing is as snobby as people like in the replies to you here that are so attached to never being told anything about language. It's so stuck up.
