This sort of makes me sad. The man made The Godfather (which tbf, I'm a bit tired of but only because I've seen it so much), Apocalypse Now, Bram Stokers Dracula, etc.
"Whinnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey" was viewed in theaters and was considered Cody's worst film of 2023. "Mouse Trap" comes along and says, "Hold my cheese!" 🧀

It looks fine, it's competently directed, the actors aren't bad but the script and writers shelled out the worst possible designs and plot and characterization of Shelly and Eric. It's not just bad - it's a spit in the face and shit over the source material.
My list: 10. Atlas (Could've been great, but the main character was so annoying and the villains were boring) 9. Kung Fu Panda 4 (Such a dissapointment from the franchise that started my love for Cinema. Villains were lame and comedy wasn't very good. Best thing was the subplot of Po's fathers) 8. Madame Web (Everything said about this movie is true and valid. Story, characters, laughable ADR. Everything is bad. But with that said, I've seen worse) 7. Argylle (1st half tricks you into thinking it's going to be an okay movie, but then it becomes terrible in the 2nd half) 6. The Union (Basically like Argylle, except its bad from the start and its *boring* . Huge waste of talent, especially JK Simmons) 5. Megalopolis (Most painful and agonizing theater experience of the year. It has some of the worst dialogue I've heard in a recent movie. But at least it had more value and effort than the next 4) 4. The Mouse Trap (Terribly made movie that wastes the opportunity to be a fun slasher. On the plus side, I could see it being a good drinking game movie) 3. Dear Santa (Jack Black is funny, but the rest was painful and generic. *Hated* the parents, and the ending was atrocious on so many levels) 2. Rebel Moon 2 (Never listening to morbid curiosity again, because it's even worse than the 1st. Nothing happens, just a bunch of boring characters farming in the 1st half and shooting each other in the 2nd. Oh yeah, there's at least 90 minutes worth of slow-mo as well) 1. Megamind 2 (Forget about the animation and lack of OG cast. The fact that the scirpt and story are so boring, so cringeworthy, and so disrespectful to the 1st Megamind. All of that combined makes this my worst film of the year.)
I'm currently helping some people write a low budget/no budget script for a military action thriller script called We Were Frogs. I've written several scripts before, but nothing professionally, so this is my first time doing something that is actually planned to get released for public viewing. Not 100% sure how it could turn out though considering I'm just doing writing and that's it, but I'm kinda hoping it doesn't end up on people's worst lists 😅 I love watching all of these types of videos from you, whether it be best or worst, but seeing this video made me think of that. Apologies for the paragraph long message, but keep up the awesome work and I'm looking forward to seeing your best of 2024 as well as your 2025 reviews!

1. The mousetrap (are we sure this movie isn’t completely ai generated?) 2. Kind of a deep cut: descendants: the rise of red (has the opposite problem of dear Santa: all set up and no pay off) 3. Madame web (I don’t hate this as much as 1 & 2, but it is bad). 4. Tarot (it feels like a bad parody of horror movies). 5. Joker: folie à deux (this film felt like it was handmade for me to love as a musical theater person and a fan of the first joker film. I had to force myself to finish it).
I hate Madame Web and The Mouse Trap for both what they are, they might as well be tied for me as the worst movies of 2024. Madame Web was so shocking to me how bad it is coming from a studio that made some of the greatest superhero movies of all time and The Mouse Trap is so devoid of having any fun or being creative of turning Mickey Mouse into a slasher villain that it might as well should’ve been a Scream or even a Terrifier rip off.
Hey Cody, I'm enjoying your video 🔥 And I have a suggestion for a future video. Top 10 horror moments in a non horror movie? You have a couple videos similar to that but they're old so it may also give the opportunity for updated takes.
I didn’t see enough bad films 7. Joker 2 6. Dear Santa 5. Garfield 4. Saving the bikini bottom 3. Mouse trap 2. Ghostbusters frozen empire 1. That Christmas (Netflix film)
I have that Christmas at number one on my worst films list as well. That movie was the worst movie for me and my dad. We ended up turning the movie off 15 minutes in the worst scene from that movie was the nativity place scene where they made fun of the nativity story by adding in politics, feminism, veganism, environmentalism And abortion Seriously that Christmas was the worst film of 2024 And the most disappointing movie of 2024
My Top 25 Worst Movies of 2024: 1. Madame Web (2024) 2. Kraven the Hunter (2024) 3. The Crow (2024) 4. Tarot (2024) 5. Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's Dead (2024) 6. Borderlands (2024) 7. Megamind vs. The Doom Syndicate (2024) 8. First Shift (2024) 9. Time Cut (2024) 10. Mufasa: The Lion King (2024) 11. The Exorcism (2024) 12. The Strangers: Chapter 1 (2024) 13. Imaginary (2024) 14. Atlas (2024) 15. Night Swim (2024) 16. The Garfield Movie (2024) 17. Poolman (2024) 18. The Image of You (2024) 19. Unfrosted (2024) 20. Afraid (2024) 21. Uglies (2024) 22. The Union (2024) 23. Cash Out (2024) 24. It Ends with Us (2024) 25. Harold and the Purple Crayon (2024)
Damn, Joker: Fully A Poo didn't even make the cut?? That was one of the most miserable theater experiences I've ever had. Even Megalopolis entertained me to a certain degree because I just laughed at the sheer insanity, the fact that Coppola thought it would be his mangnum opus, and thinking about how a lot of normies would react to it.
I didn't see The Mouse Trap unfortunately (or... fortunately...) so that doesn't make my bottom 10, but all 3 Sony spider films have managed it! 10. Venom: The Last Dance 9. The Strangers: Chapter 1 8. Kraven the Hunter 7. Something In the Water 6. Dirty Angels 5. Prey 4. Madame Web 3. Tarot 2. Bagman 1. The Exorcism If I was doing a bottom 20 then Night Swim (16), Imaginary (17) and Megalopolis (19) would all be present and accounted for!
HI Cody, I've Not seen Most of the movies on this list, & based on your detailed descriptions of why you dislike these films, I Don't plan to. However I have seen Night Swim & Imaginary, & I actually kind of liked Night Swim, I felt it was an Ok story & Sad re the lil girl who haunted the pool having died so young, & I felt it had creepy atmosphere & was decently filmed, so Please Don't judge me. I Don't recall Imaginary in detail, tho I vaguely recall feeling that the lady who turned out to be the Villain/Bad in the 3rd act seemed kind sudden & that her motives struck me as odd or hard to believe; so I do Not think Imaginary was great, but I did not hate it.
10. Monkey Man 9. Ricky Stanicky 8. Self Reliance 7. The Beekeeper 6. Lift 5. The Killer’s Game 4. Night Swim 3. Hellboy: The Crooked Man 2. In A Violent Nature 1. Madame Web
The only thing I got some amount of enjoyment from Mousetrap which spoilers for those who actually want to see it which idk why but the end part of the film after the main girl dies and gets her head cut off the guys terrible reaction afterwards of I Was Gonna Ask Her Out But Then He Just Cut Her Head Off Had Me Dying Laughing From How Bad The Dude’s Acting Was 😂 That’s It Really Maybe Besides The Arcade Being An Interesting Idea To Put The Film In The Execution Was Terrible Yep Stinking Pile Of Crap I Still Had Megamind Vs The Doom Syndicate As My Worst Though Great Videos As Always Man 👍
love the videos cody, been watchin for 6 years now over a course of about 5 different accounts, i tend to forget my passwords 😂, anyways keep up the great videos and great health 👍
Look at that I"M LATE AGAIN (I needa stop being lazy to check my notifications) anyway here's the films that made me mad and sad last year 1: Freakbob(STIL not calling it Sandy's name): As a Spongebob inatic it makes me DEPRESSED that THIS is what the series has come to nowadays. 2:Joker 2: Wanna be Penguin and Harley Quinn was already a HORRIBLE character in 2024. 3: Megamind 2: Just why WHY did they do this to an underrated cult classic. 4: Madame Web: I want to die 5: The Strangers: Wow a dumb horor remake 6: Kraven The Hunter: ONLY good thing was this film FINALLY killing the Sony Spider-Man But Not Realy Universe 7: Night Swim: What happened in this film again 8: Mufasa: Disney are inasne thinking this is better than Sonic 3 9: The Crow: Jered leto Joker is that you 10: Moana 2: Only interesing thing was this gonna be a cheap Disney + show
Cody. I love you man.I genuinely didn’t know what you’d have as your number one.As you got to 2,I was like ‘ Well it’s sure gotta be Trap ‘ 😂. I know you roasted it. Was that vying in,to be in your top 10?
The Mouse Trap doesn’t deserve to be mentioned by you. Putting in the “effort” to move your mouth and use your vocal cords to form words and sentences is not something that The Mouse Trap deserves. Agree with you 1000% on it being that big of a waste of time.
Not even mentioning Borderlands, Joker 2: Fully a Deuce, The (Desecration of) Crow, and Gladiator CTL CV is wild. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed the video, but to say that there are 11 (since you said Kraven would be your #11) movies from 2024 worse than all 4 of those is mind-blowing.
1. Kraven the Hunter 2. The Crow 3. Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver 4. Madame Web 5. Borderlands 6. The Idea of You 7. Unfrosted 8. Am I Ok? 9. Despicable Me 4 10. Anora (I know, I know)
Thanks Cody ❤ I can't do a top 10 worst movies of 2024, cause I avoided plenty of panned ones. My worst I saw, no particular order: Bike riders - Boring disappointment. Red One - Unfunny, undeveloped characters and too much Dwayne Johnson. Trap - M. Night propaganda to promote his daughter. Great premise, wasted. Poorly written with too many dumb decisions by dumb characters. Assassin's Plan - Michael Keaton starring passion project. Extremely dull and boring. Ghostbusters Frozen Empire - After the unexpected greatness of After Life. This was terrible. Poorly written with new gen & old gen failure together. Best scene at the end, in the trailer. Civil War - Divisive. Propaganda to promote how wonderful the media is. A fench sitting movie too afraid to take sides, that it only stood for a love in for the media. No courage, boring, and wasted opportunity. Wanted to please everyone, so displeased many.
10. Immaculate 9. Night Swim 8. The Strangers: Chapter 1 7. The Deliverance 6. Kraven the Hunter 5. Borderlands 4. Road House (2024) 3. Tarot 2. Madame Web 1. The Crow (2024)
17:45 The "Joe & Bob suckin' on tobacco" impression had me crying! (And no, thankfully I didn't see that -- or any -- of the movies on this list). Also, thank you for presenting your videos in a regular, straightforward talking head fashion, without all of the jump cuts that so many other reviewers do (cough cough *Jeremy Jahns* cough), or cutting to an extreme close up when you're emphasizing a point, thinking "that'll surely grab the viewer's attention!" I don't know what millenial ever thought that was a cool way to make TH-cam videos, but it has caught on and spread like wildfire, and whenever I see that crap, I click off IMMEDIATELY.
Here are my Top 10 Worst Films Of 2024: 1. Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate 2. Madame Web 3. The Watchers (2024) 4. Megalopolis 5. Damsel (2024) 6. Rebel Moon - Part Two Director's Cut 7. The Crow (2024) 8. Trap 9. Mean Girls (2024) 10. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire Honorable mentions: • The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim • The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare • The Platform 2 • Joker: Folie à Deux • I Saw the TV Glow
There is absolutely no way Tarot was worse than Imaginary. To me the kills scenes were atmospheric and pretty brutal despite not being graphic. They did a good job with the PG-13 rating. The character design was great too. To me, the biggest annoyance was the comic relief character - he was pretty insufferable. All in all I had fun with it and it reminded me of shitty but fun movies I’d go to see with my friends in middle school. Imaginary felt like it was written by AI and had really annoying exposition dumps and had one singular off screen kill that only showed some blood coming out from under a door. So I don’t understand the pure vitriol I guess when Tarot had more kills and more creativity. But to each their own!
100% agree. Imaginary is my worst horror film of 2024. It truly does not even attempt to be a horror movies. Or a thriller. Or anything. Tarot at least has a solid structure, decent character design, and a few attempts at horror. I even think the one magician scene is very good. Tarot is generic as hell and nkt good but certainly better than imaginary, strangers, night swim.
This video must be getting a lot of traction so it showed up on my homepage. I’ve never watched any of your videos so it’s cool that I found you randomly thanks to it showing up on my homepage.
I vote for a 31 on 31 of remakes. Not just horror, but to see like how iconic movies like scarface and heat can stack up against the horror remakes like chainsaw and friday. While also comparing each movie to its original.
I enjoyed tarot. While I wouldn't call it good I enjoyed the (parody) gen z characters and the tarot aspect in general especially while waiting for final destination 6
My top 10 worst movies are 1. Madem Web 2. Tarot 3. Strangers: Chapter 1 4. The crow 5. Nightswim 6. Imaginary 7. Y2k 8. The front room 9. The Garfield movie 10. Trap
Good points, and I agree with your list. I saw the Mouse trap on Amazon Prime, not realizing how bad it was going to be. It took me 3 tries to get through the entire movie.
I didn't really watch many new movies that weren't horror movies. The few non horror I watched, I enjoyed, except for 1. My list(in no particular order except for #1) Last Night at Terrace Lanes The First Omen Arbor Day Longlegs The Mouse Trap Time Cut Imaginary Deus Irae The Inheritance 1. Unfrosted
I belong to my favorite theaters members club, so I get to watch as many movies as I can fit in for like $15 a month. so I attended over 230 screenings in the 2024 season. The good part is I saw so, so many great movies. The bad part is I saw so many bad or horrible movies. My worst of the year and the first movie I have walked out of in memory, was Aggro Drift by Harmony Korine. The film is a gimmick movie and Harmony did the script. The gimmick? It is filmed in infra-red, for the entire movie. Yes, that is as distracting and annoying as it sounds. Do yourself a favor and don't watch it to verify my opinion, just watch the trailer to get a bitter taste of the crap Aggro Drift is.
My Worst Movies of 2024 10. Ryan's World The Movie: Titan Universe Adventure 9. Atlas 8. Bagman 7. Night Swim/Tarot 6. The Exorcism 5. Founders Day 4. Mea Culpa 3. Madame Web 2. Borderlands 1. Megamind vs the Doom Syndicate
Holy shit, I didn’t know about the “social commentary” they should have called it “Don’t tell the cops the babysitter is dead “ and make it a parody….. blasphemy
TOP 10 WORST MOVIES OF 2024: 1. Madame Web 2. The Crow 3. Tarot 4. Borderlands 5. Imaginary 6. Joker: Folie Á Deux 7. Back To Black 8. Kraven The Hunter 9. Miller's Girl 10. Night Swim
Argylle is gonna be my worst movie of 2024 because its essentially killed any potential in the Kingsman Franchise now. Fox studios has stated they have no plans for any sequels or Prequels and im very upset about that now
Megalopolis was the first time I ever saw people leave the theater and never come back. Such dogshit. I stayed for Adam Driver, but I was mad the whole time.
My Top 10 worst movies of the year are: 10. Damsel 9. Lift 8. Time Cut 7. Trigger Warning 6. Rebel Moon Part 2 5. Atlas 4. Madame Web 3. Saving Bikini Bottom 2. Trap 1. Unfrosted So 8 Netflix movies🤣 Trap could also easily be number 1 as I would rather rewatch Unfrosted
My top 10 worst out of the 50 I saw: 1. The Merry Gentlemen 2. Strangers: Chapter One 3. The Bikeriders 4. Lisa Frankenstein 5. Argylle 6. Trap 7. Saturday Night 8. Our Little Secret 9. Beekeeper 10. Late Night with the Devil (The last 3 aren’t actually bad, they just ended up in the bottom 10 when doing my rankings)
The bummer about Mouse Trap is we could’ve had this bloody, darkly funny horror movie that satirizes the Disney company’s monopoly and its mistreatment of artists. I don’t care that it’s an obvious concept; that could’ve been an entertainingly wild ride. But alas. Thanks for best and worst lists; always a delight!
Here's my Top 10 Least Favorite Movies of 2024. Now I don't normally seek out bad movies, so 10 through 7 are movies that I wouldn't say I really dislike, but I just didn't care too much about them. While 6 through 1 are movies that I definitely did not like. 10. Maxxine 9. In A Violent Nature 8. Werewolves 7. Trap 6. Joker 2 5. The Bikeriders 4. The Strangers: Chapter 1 3. Imaginary 2. Night Swim 1. Here
My worst top 10 1. Winnie The Pooh Blood and Honey 2 2. The Crow 3. Nosferatu 4. It Ends With US 5. Drive Away Dolls 6. Sting 7. Imaginary 8. Madam Web 9. Night Swim 10. Afaird To me these were the worst I watched
Kraven was solid. Rhino transformation only affected his torso tho?? That shit was ugly. Definitely would have been better though. Gave us a solid chameleon tho
Never my favorite subject to bash but always happy to share, my Bottom 10 (of 163): 1. Frankie Freako (thank you Fantastic Fest) 2. Red One 3. Jackpot 4. The Deliverance (I'm from Pittsburgh and this shit was an insult) 5. AfrAId 6. Blitz 7. The Exorcism 8. The Apprentice 9. Wicked 10. The Crow
@alexanderarmstrong5306 oh I guess I rate it off enjoyment level and I thought it was very lazy execution of that premise with an excruciating annoying performance from Awkwafina and I didn't like Cena in it either, neither of them are actors I typically dislike but it just didn't work for me at all. Aggressively unfunny.
Man, I know you'll get this as a fellow dad. My 7 year old daughter wanted to get me a movie for my birthday last year and she just picked imaginary 4K, I had avoided watching it to that point. I had to lie to her face that I liked it. It was awful. Sorry Maddie
I wouldn’t say no one was asking for madame web because she’s actually an interesting character,it just sucks that THIS is actually the introduction to film for the character
only 2 good things about the mouse trap 1: The main character was pretty hot 2: I sorta liked the relationship between her and that one guy that’s about it
Madame Web is objectively terrible, but I thought it was so bad that it magically pulled a 180 degree turn and wound up awesome. I love it for that reason. I demand a sequel so we can see just how much worse it can get.
Madame Web is just a baffling mess of a movie as while I get why the approached Kraven the way it did even if it was a half measure and Venom The Last Dance at least had Tom Hardy and delivers the symbiote action, what is the point of Madame Web if the movie isn’t delivering anything enjoyable and deliberately whether through reshoots or simple inference from higher ups with too much control ignore simple storytelling ideas and aspects that would make this a fun Spider-Man adjacent movie for something that comes off as incompetent in the same way as Catwoman was 20 years ago and is giving fans ammunition in the argument of Sony selling Spider-Man back to Disney. There is still a third Spider-Verse movie and a Spider-Man Noir show happening so thankfully we’re getting stuff that fans can say is genuinely good or feel like it’s a Spider-Man project. If I had anything to say to Sony after the year of “content” they gave us all I’d say is get people who genuinely care/love the source material to work on these movies instead of just some random people who aren’t experienced, figure out a better way to approach movies like these if you choose to make them going forward with characters like Black Cat, Silver Sable, Spider-Woman Gwen Stacey or even Spider-Man clone Ben Reilly who fans want to see in live action and most of all don’t be ashamed of the source material as it just make it worse for everyone involved which very much is the difference compared to Raimi’s movies, Watts movies and even the Webb movies as they weren’t ashamed of adapting characters and ideas in the same way this whole failed experiment of a “shared universe” did

This sort of makes me sad. The man made The Godfather (which tbf, I'm a bit tired of but only because I've seen it so much), Apocalypse Now, Bram Stokers Dracula, etc.

1. The mousetrap (are we sure this movie isn’t completely ai generated?)
2. Kind of a deep cut: descendants: the rise of red (has the opposite problem of dear Santa: all set up and no pay off)
Boah when Coppola announced Megalopolis I was hoping he was remaking Fritz Lang's Metropolis but man was I wrong
I didn’t see enough bad films
7. Joker 2
6. Dear Santa
5. Garfield
4. Saving the bikini bottom
3. Mouse trap
2. Ghostbusters frozen empire
1. That Christmas (Netflix film)
Haha I forgot about frigging garfield
Frozen empire worse than Mousetrap? Disagree but fair enough lol
@@johnmcnamara8741 well it’s better made but I’m ranking these on my entertainment
I have that Christmas at number one on my worst films list as well. That movie was the worst movie for me and my dad. We ended up turning the movie off 15 minutes in the worst scene from that movie was the nativity place scene where they made fun of the nativity story by adding in politics, feminism, veganism, environmentalism And abortion Seriously that Christmas was the worst film of 2024 And the most disappointing movie of 2024
@ fr it should have been called “That Shitmas”
Sony trying their best to turn American Comic Book stories into Japanese Slice of Life Manga style stories
10 Secret Lives of Orangutans (Netflix)
9 Road House (Amazon Prime)
8 Wolfs (Apple+)

Hey Cody, have you done, or thought of doing Stephen King book to movie adaptations for next 31 on 31?
Damn, Joker: Fully A Poo didn't even make the cut?? That was one of the most miserable theater experiences I've ever had.
Even Megalopolis entertained me to a certain degree because I just laughed at the sheer insanity, the fact that Coppola thought it would be his mangnum opus, and thinking about how a lot of normies would react to it.
The joker taking a Deuce was awful
I didn't see The Mouse Trap unfortunately (or... fortunately...) so that doesn't make my bottom 10, but all 3 Sony spider films have managed it!
10. Venom: The Last Dance
9. The Strangers: Chapter 1
8. Kraven the Hunter
7. Something In the Water
6. Dirty Angels
5. Prey
4. Madame Web
3. Tarot
2. Bagman
1. The Exorcism
If I was doing a bottom 20 then Night Swim (16), Imaginary (17) and Megalopolis (19) would all be present and accounted for!
7:01 it’s not, bet is simply to portray stereotypes in movies. They haven’t been the OLD BET for a long time
HI Cody, I've Not seen Most of the movies on this list, & based on your detailed descriptions of why you dislike these films, I Don't plan to.
10. Monkey Man
9. Ricky Stanicky
8. Self Reliance
7. The Beekeeper
6. Lift
5. The Killer’s Game
4. Night Swim
3. Hellboy: The Crooked Man
2. In A Violent Nature
1. Madame Web
The only thing I got some amount of enjoyment from Mousetrap which spoilers for those who actually want to see it which idk why but the end part of the film after the main girl dies and gets her head cut off the guys terrible reaction afterwards of I Was Gonna Ask Her Out But Then He Just Cut Her Head Off Had Me Dying Laughing From How Bad The Dude’s Acting Was 😂 That’s It Really Maybe Besides The Arcade Being An Interesting Idea To Put The Film In The Execution Was Terrible Yep Stinking Pile Of Crap I Still Had Megamind Vs The Doom Syndicate As My Worst Though Great Videos As Always Man 👍
I was just on your page and this popped up. Cannot wait to see this turn out
love the videos cody, been watchin for 6 years now over a course of about 5 different accounts, i tend to forget my passwords 😂, anyways keep up the great videos and great health 👍
7:00. You mean to tell me he doesn't say "The dishes are done, man."?
I love Bedazzled too! This is always my fave end of year list from Cody. So fun hearing about these movies and you help me avoid them.
Found you from your more-recent Saw content and have been thoroughly enjoying the channel since. Hope 2025 is a great year for ya Cody!
As always, I love watching your videos. Keep up the good work.
Look at that I"M LATE AGAIN (I needa stop being lazy to check my notifications) anyway here's the films that made me mad and sad last year
1: Freakbob(STIL not calling it Sandy's name): As a Spongebob inatic it makes me DEPRESSED that THIS is what the series has come to nowadays.
2:Joker 2: Wanna be Penguin and Harley Quinn was already a HORRIBLE character in 2024.
3: Megamind 2: Just why WHY did they do this to an underrated cult classic.
4: Madame Web: I want to die
5: The Strangers: Wow a dumb horor remake
6: Kraven The Hunter: ONLY good thing was this film FINALLY killing the Sony Spider-Man But Not Realy Universe
7: Night Swim: What happened in this film again
8: Mufasa: Disney are inasne thinking this is better than Sonic 3
9: The Crow: Jered leto Joker is that you
10: Moana 2: Only interesing thing was this gonna be a cheap Disney + show
1. Kraven the Hunter
2. The Crow
3. Rebel Moon Part Two: The Scargiver
4. Madame Web
5. Borderlands
6. The Idea of You
7. Unfrosted
8. Am I Ok?
9. Despicable Me 4
10. Anora (I know, I know)
Mouse Trap being as terrible as it is made me appreciate Scream 3 more which had a similar killer hunting down actors idea
Thanks Cody ❤
I can't do a top 10 worst movies of 2024, cause I avoided plenty of panned ones.
10. Immaculate
9. Night Swim
8. The Strangers: Chapter 1
7. The Deliverance
6. Kraven the Hunter
5. Borderlands
4. Road House (2024)
3. Tarot
2. Madame Web
1. The Crow (2024)
Tarot wasn't anywhere near as bad as the other movies on this list. That'd be my hit take. At least it had some semblance of fun
Here are my Top 10 Worst Films Of 2024:
1. Megamind vs. the Doom Syndicate
2. Madame Web
3. The Watchers (2024)
4. Megalopolis
5. Damsel (2024)
6. Rebel Moon - Part Two Director's Cut
7. The Crow (2024)
8. Trap
9. Mean Girls (2024)
10. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire
Honorable mentions:
• The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim
• The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare
• The Platform 2
• Joker: Folie à Deux
• I Saw the TV Glow
Bottom 3

This video must be getting a lot of traction so it showed up on my homepage. I’ve never watched any of your videos so it’s cool that I found you randomly thanks to it showing up on my homepage.
17:48 hilarious 😂
I vote for a 31 on 31 of remakes. Not just horror, but to see like how iconic movies like scarface and heat can stack up against the horror remakes like chainsaw and friday. While also comparing each movie to its original.
Oh man, When you put The Babysitter movie at #9 and I knew how much you hated it.... I knew I was in for one hell of a list.
I enjoyed tarot. While I wouldn't call it good I enjoyed the (parody) gen z characters and the tarot aspect in general especially while waiting for final destination 6
For me, 4. Janet Planet 3. Joker Folie A Deux 2. Incoming 1. Know Goes Away
I didn't watch a ton of movies last year, but Joker 2 was my least favorite movie of 2024. It had been a long time I was so disappointed by a sequel.
Megalopolis was so bad
Shout-out the gay dude or female who made the first comment lettin us kno
The goat 🐐
I wasn’t the first person but as a gay man. Cody is beautiful

My list(in no particular order except for #1)
Last Night at Terrace Lanes
The First Omen
Arbor Day
Longlegs
The Mouse Trap
Time Cut
Imaginary
Deus Irae
The Inheritance
1. Unfrosted
0:15 I am one of the people, great video Cody looking forward to your best movies of 2024 video
My Worst Movies of 2024
10. Ryan's World The Movie: Titan Universe Adventure
9. Atlas

Holy shit, I didn’t know about the “social commentary” they should have called it “Don’t tell the cops the babysitter is dead “ and make it a parody….. blasphemy

Miller's Girl wasn't as bad people made it out to be it was quite a fun poetic film
Cody can you review the rush hour movies trilogy
No, I can't
If we get a legacy sequel, maybe
Argylle is gonna be my worst movie of 2024 because its essentially killed any potential in the Kingsman Franchise now. Fox studios has stated they have no plans for any sequels or Prequels and im very upset about that now
Megalopolis was the first time I ever saw people leave the theater and never come back. Such dogshit. I stayed for Adam Driver, but I was mad the whole time.
My Top 10 worst movies of the year are:
10. Damsel
9. Lift

7. Trigger Warning
6. Rebel Moon Part 2
5. Atlas

3. The Bikeriders
4. Lisa Frankenstein
5. Argylle
6. Trap
7. Saturday Night
8. Our Little Secret
9. Beekeeper
10. Late Night with the Devil
(The last 3 aren’t actually bad, they just ended up in the bottom 10 when doing my rankings)
I have a soft spot for bad slashers but, the mouse trap was awful
Here we go! Cody loves a good rant and I am sooo here for it!
Here's my Top 10 Least Favorite Movies of 2024. Now I don't normally seek out bad movies, so 10 through 7 are movies that I wouldn't say I really dislike, but I just didn't care too much about them. While 6 through 1 are movies that I definitely did not like.
10. Maxxine
9. In A Violent Nature
8. Werewolves
7. Trap
6. Joker 2
5. The Bikeriders
4. The Strangers: Chapter 1
3. Imaginary
2. Night Swim
1. Here
Time Cut
Departing Seniors
Those are my 2 worst of the year. Im a huge slasher fan and these are TERRIBLE. Zero redeeming qualities to these movies
Fun worst of & funny clips😃 I haven't seen any of these, seems I'm not missing much. I did want to see Tarot & Imaginary, Chauncey pulling me in🧸
Imaginary was my worst of 2024. Favorite was Nosferatu/Abigail. Can't decide.
Night Swim was brutal I went to C it because it was pouring rain and I was really bored. I'd have better off just standing in the rain
My worst top 10
1. Winnie The Pooh Blood and Honey 2
2. The Crow
3. Nosferatu
4. It Ends With US
5. Drive Away Dolls
6. Sting
7. Imaginary
8. Madam Web
9. Night Swim
10. Afaird
To me these were the worst I watched
Kraven was solid. Rhino transformation only affected his torso tho?? That shit was ugly. Definitely would have been better though. Gave us a solid chameleon tho
Never my favorite subject to bash but always happy to share, my Bottom 10 (of 163):
1. Frankie Freako (thank you Fantastic Fest)
2. Red One
3. Jackpot
4. The Deliverance (I'm from Pittsburgh and this shit was an insult)
5. AfrAId
6. Blitz
7. The Exorcism
8. The Apprentice
9. Wicked
10. The Crow
Jackpot! Was actually pretty good! How was that essentially bad?
Hey, at least you showed appreciation to her, and it’ll be a funny story to tell her when she’s older 😂
i was not sub to you for 2024 but 2025 im all in to see what you think about the movies that are coming
Night Swim seemed like a worse version of Tale of the Dead Man’s Float from Are You Afraid of the Dark?
What do I keep telling people?! You can't make a horror movie out of a cartoon character!
No Borderlands?
Another Cody video!!
I wouldn’t say no one was asking for madame web because she’s actually an interesting character,it just sucks that THIS is actually the introduction to film for the character
only 2 good things about the mouse trap
1: The main character was pretty hot
2: I sorta liked the relationship between her and that one guy
that’s about it
Looks like Patricia Arquette is coming back to A Nightmare on elm Street
Been looking forward this for weeks! Love you Cody!
It’s amazing how Dennis Quaid was in both the best and worst films of the year with The Substance and Reagan.
Madame Web is objectively terrible, but I thought it was so bad that it magically pulled a 180 degree turn and wound up awesome. I love it for that reason.
I demand a sequel so we can see just how much worse it can get.
Madame Web was certainly the worst of the year for me, but I had a blast because it was so bafflingly, impossibly bad
If I had anything to say to Sony after the year of “content” they gave us all I’d say is get people who genuinely care/love the source material to work on these movies instead of just some random people who aren’t experienced, figure out a better way to approach movies like these if you choose to make them going forward with characters like Black Cat, Silver Sable, Spider-Woman Gwen Stacey or even Spider-Man clone Ben Reilly who fans want to see in live action and most of all don’t be ashamed of the source material as it just make it worse for everyone involved which very much is the difference compared to Raimi’s movies, Watts movies and even the Webb movies as they weren’t ashamed of adapting characters and ideas in the same way this whole failed experiment of a “shared universe” did
I thought MADAME WEB was hilarious! I'll definitely watch it again 🤣
