    I got the Surge Jump Cue because the fiberglass bond of the shaft isn't suppose to stain like regular maple shafts and can use alcohol wipes to clean them off. I didn't want to spend $400 plus on a CF jump cue because I rarely jump and didn't see the value in that.

    Can you open the rubber bumper? It would be awesome if they have some kind of thread so i can make little custom extender like the propel line😅

    How do you do a review and not know the specifics of the cue? Other than that thumbs up. Thanks for the video.

      @@BooksNGuns I’m not selling the cue. Just giving my impression and telling you how I feel about it. 🤷🏽‍♂️

    are the butts for both cue's the same? and the break one has like an extension that goes on the butt? or are the butts unique to each cue

    Just a suggestion on reviews: Specs (weight, tip diameter, etc) Can weight be added or changed, basically the reason I clicked on the vid to see if these were weight bolt compatible.

    • @BooksNGuns
      @BooksNGuns 6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Agreed, I was a bit surprised on the lack of knowledge in the specs. It's a review for God sake! I couldn't find another video on this specific product so I'm not going to complain. I'm grateful for the review

      Yah if i wanted to watch someone break I wouldn’t have looked up a cue review

    On a scale of 1-10, what would you rate this avid jump & break line and also propel jump & breach break😊 thankss

    • @DrawShotTV
      @DrawShotTV  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The Surge I would rate a 7.8.
      The propel and breach I would rate a 9.2

    Is it really good for a power break? I have not tried any Cuetec break since the day I sold my Cuetec Meteor. I plan to buy this Surge break but I'm confusing about the shaft. With my ex Meteor,the shaft was weak(my feeling). It had much vibration in when I made a power break. How about Surge? Thank you.

      Any cue with a medium hard/hard tip is good for breaking. Doesn't even have to be a break cue. I used to play with a viking with an everest tip. And the shaft got warped I started using it for breaking. And upped the weight. Never had a dissatisfied break unless the rack was bad. Then someone brought one of those cheapo amazon brand break cues, and i'll tell you, they do the job. That thing probably a $80 cue spread em all over the table. The only thing that really matters is the tip. When you start spending money you are buying the brand not the cue. That's not to say there are obvious quality differences and some really are just better than others but for the most part a $100 cue will do the same thing an $800 cue will do if you play with it enough to learn the differences. The higher the price you are just paying for looks, and branding. The big companies try to trick into thinking it's actually better by sponsoring the big players and having them only use their cues. When it comes to playing cues obviously something like a Revo, or Cynergy will be easier to use than a regular non low deflection maple shaft, but that doesn't mean someone like SVB won't beat your ass with a $40 amazon cue. Would i rather have a $400 cue or a $100 cue, i'll take the $400 cue all day, because it feels better in the hands it looks better and the only thing holding you back at that price range is yourself. But for a break cue i would take anything with a phenolic tip, or a specially designed break tip, which you don't have to spend that much money to get.

      @@DrawShotTV I was hoping to hear a review of a cue, not a review of 6 breaks you did in your living room. Talking about the outcome of the break tells one nothing about the cue, other than that the tip can hold chalk. You weren’t even talking about the cue you were just talking about the spread of the break.

    • @DrawShotTV

      That’s my review. I’m reacting to the cue… if I were to review a slice of pizza, would I tell you how it tastes? Yes. That’s what a review is. Same with a cue. I use it and give you my review. Sorry I didn’t tell you how the cue tasted. Is that what you were looking for?

    Hi mate, your review is not very useful if you don't know the price, are unsure about the coating and just keep saying it's a nice cue and don't talk about the cons

      It is a fiberglass coating. I have a cuetec avid chroma with this type of shaft. It's low deflection and very straight.

      If you are looking for a youtube review of a specific cue you should already know the price. The only reason you would watch the video is because you know what the cue is and you want a review of it.
