    Welcome to Mrs. Positive. This evening, we’ll embark on a journey to discover your Ikigai, your reason for being, through a calming guided meditation. Find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and let’s begin.
    Before we start, I’d like to share a personal story. When I first discovered my Ikigai, it felt like finding a missing piece of my life puzzle. It brought clarity, joy, and a profound sense of purpose. Tonight, I hope this meditation will help you find that missing piece for yourself.
    Take a deep breath in… and slowly exhale. With each breath, allow yourself to relax more deeply. Inhale… and exhale. Feel the tension in your body melt away. Continue to breathe deeply and rhythmically.
    Now, imagine a serene place, a place where you feel safe and peaceful. It could be a quiet forest, a beach at sunset, or a tranquil garden. Picture yourself there, fully present, surrounded by the soothing sounds and gentle energies of this place. Feel the cool breeze, hear the rustling leaves, and smell the fresh air.
    As you settle into this peaceful environment, begin to reflect on the things you love. What activities bring you joy and passion? What makes your heart sing? Visualize yourself engaging in these activities, feeling the happiness they bring. Take a moment to fully immerse yourself in these joyful experiences.
    Next, consider your strengths and skills. What do you excel at? What talents come naturally to you? See yourself using these skills, confidently and effortlessly, contributing your unique gifts to the world. Feel the sense of accomplishment and pride that comes from using your strengths.
    Now, think about how you can make a positive impact on the world. What problems can you help solve? How can you contribute to the well-being of others? Envision yourself making a difference, creating positive change with your actions. Feel the gratitude and appreciation from those you help.
    Finally, reflect on how you can combine your passions and skills into something that can be monetized. What services or products can you offer that others would value and pay for? Picture yourself thriving in a role that aligns with your Ikigai. Imagine the fulfillment and stability this brings to your life.
    Take a moment to see all these elements coming together: what you love, what you are good at, what the world needs, and what you can be paid for. Feel the harmony and purpose that arises from this intersection. This is your Ikigai, your reason for being.
    Repeat these affirmations silently to yourself:
    • I am discovering my Ikigai.
    • I align my life with my passions and strengths.
    • I make a positive impact on the world.
    • I create value and am rewarded for my contributions.
