Let's Roll is back for a brand-new season. We're playing Coup Rebellion G54. It's all the gameplay of regular Coup, but with 25 unique roles to choose from.

Available Actions:
Available to all: Income | Take 1 coin from the Treasury.
Available to all: Coup | Pay 7 coins to force another player to lose a life. This action cannot be blocked. If a player begins a turn with 10 or more coins, they must Coup.
Banker | Action: Take 3 coins from Treasury. | Counteraction: None
Writer | Action: Draw 1 card from the Court, then if desired, pay 1 coin to draw another. Return same number of cards to Court. | Counteraction: None
Judge | Action: Give 3 coins to a target, forcing them to lose a life. If successfully countered or challenged, target keeps the 3 coins. | Counteraction: Blocks a Judge
Politician | Action: Steal up to 2 coins from a chosen target. | Counteraction: Blocks a Politician
Peace Keeper | Action: Take 1 coin and the Peacekeeper token. Holder of this token cannot be targeted except by Coup. | Counteraction: None

Why are they allowed to keep the peacekeeper token if they show and kill a peacekeeper? It seems like it balances itself if you just have to return the token when you show a peacekeeper. You can always lie and say you have another but that should be challengeable.
I swear this is both the best and worst workplace. Depends on how into the craziness you are.
does the peacekeeper coin stay on the person even when their peacekeeper has died? if not, Alfredo could have killed Geoff with his judge and won in the first round, no?
Wait, so Geoffs peacekeeper was killed yet he gets to keep the peacekeeper coin? That seems a tad broken that the person with the last peacekeeper keeps it the rest of the round.

Not even thinking ahead just the nature of the show. Probably get a couple of episodes at least before things even possibly get weird.
Luminousreign the let’s plays from yesterday and the day before were recorded late Feb, Early March. So they are probably around 4-5 episodes recorded at least. Maybe more
Chris Ramirez they might have prioritized these episodes before the episodes they can record at home
Tabletop Simulator is pretty good. I think it allows VR too.

Matt H. Live action remakes are always bad. I bet they’d CGI Chief Mike to be short instead of getting Jeremy.
I am expecting them to play again on election day this november. It would start a great new tradition.
The unfortunate thing with a live action Uno the Movie is a finite amount of cards. The video game can inflict pain forever.
I really like that Larry's more involved. Him just yelling off-screen always felt odd about the previous episodes.

To be fair to them, they still messed up the "new" roles even though they weren't that new. Larry probably would have stopped them every other turn to explain a rule they messed up if they added in more new roles.

I feel like a way to balance the Peacekeeper would be that if the person with the Peacekeeper coin performs an action against another player (like judge, politician, or coup) they lose the Peacekeeper coin. Because they are no longer keeping the peace if they attack someone.
Aryan Srivastava I think in the “lore” of the game the idea is that their actions are meant to keep the peace. They are right though that that token should really make that person a coup target. It should be risky to have, they just didn’t really consider its capabilities.
Or just target the person with the token like they should’ve done? The card is perfectly balanced...

The lantern is in a poor position. It should be somewhere so everyone at the table can see it at all times, only Michael and maybe Jack have a somewhat clear view of the lantern without having to turn to it. Maybe have it somewhere on the table so it's easier to notice or, if possible, hang it on a lantern post or something similar for aesthetic.

Both rounds, all I keep hearing play in my head is Matt singing "Always picked on, never respected" whenever he gets bullied HARD and all they do is laugh. Not saying it isn't funny to see it, but it's as if the prophecy is being fulfilled.

I love coup just as much as you guys like playing it, but I really don't want this series to be just the same games or same type of games being played over and over.
I know it's an expansion so it's different but it's still Coup.
Don't get me wrong, I still loved the video. It was great. There's just a ton of other games out there that would make for great videos.
I used to follow one board game channel and they ended up only playing the same types of games all the time and it got boring.

the downside of peacekeeper should be the giant target it puts on your back if the other players think you have one. maybe for situations like the end of the first round there could be a price to remove it, but even still geoff would've outpaced in the coup money race because of the banker

Man, that peacekeeper is powerful. They should play this with a few of the other roles as well. It would be interesting to see what they do with, say, the Communist or Foreign Consular

am i the only one that saw 25 new roles and though that meant that there was actually 25 roles added and not just 25 new cards?
i feel like the peacekeeper token should only last one turn, then it returns to the centre of the table.
if u wanna hold onto it, u need to use the peacekeeper action of taking only 1 coin and the token.
that way, if u use the action of any other role, or u lose the peacekeeper, you no longer have the token.
If they can do this with Larry and have a nice set and all the new camera work and stuff they 100% need to push for DnD. Also this might be the first of the rotating shows that i've truly seen a full improvement on and I thank you guys for that, especially those that work behind the scenes to make this happen.

I think a good way to balance the peace keeper token is that if they do anything “hostile” (stealing, coup-ing) that they would loose the peace coins and it goes to the center.

Why did Geoff keep the peacekeeper after he had lost the peacekeeper card during the first round? Once the banker is out, you can't take three coins anymore, so with the same logic, shouldn't Geoff have lost the token and Alfredo judged him and won?
1 minute in and the whole thing looks so much better. I am loving the seasonal switches between shows that gives us the higher production value.

...i really hate when they complain about roles like they did the peacekeeper. They should keep it in. They're just not playing smart :/ (I also think they should keep the jester in TTT. It's a fun role that stops ppl from just shooting willy nilly). Other than that, this season seems like it's gonna be great! Can't wait to see more wizard Larry. AH Support is filled with great host/characters! I would love to see more of them in videos!!!
the main problem I have with the jester is that when everybody already knows who it is the jester will just go and try to catch any bullet they can during fights which is usually detrimental to the innocents
with the peacekeeper however it's still their 1st experience with it and they are just slamming Matt every round making the peacekeeper have free reign so either just let them learn to adjust to the peacekeeper or just replace Matt with Jeremy(not that I have anything bad against Matt, I just feel sad for him whenever he gets slammed for "chuckles")
