You're wrong. All the rich defendant has to do is challenge every single thing the opposition says words, media, everything. Call everything into question and you lose. It doesn't matter if you are telling the truth or not. You are buried in challenges on everything all day in court. You have an expert they have a better one. You have photos you bring in a photo expert to say they are not originals? Everything is questioned so whether you lie or tell the truth doesn't matter you are suspect.

I used info I learned from y'all. Neighbors reported that kids were bullying others at the middle-school bus stop. I met the bus that afternoon and told the kids I was there to see no one got bullied. I had never met any of the kids before but within about 2 minutes I figured out exactly who the aggressors were and who was their "leader" just by watching their behavior (since no one admitted being the bully or even, the victim). Let all the kids know I would be there at every pick-up and drop-off and everyone has behaved since then. And the victims (there were 2) are noticeably more relaxed now. I think the knowledge you shared with me has helped make 2 kids a lot safer. Thanks guys !!!!

As an actual DV survivor, if I'd gone to court, and lost, I'd be a pile of tears...not just panic breathing but utterly wrecked, inconsolable. Most DV cases never get court, no survivor wants to relive, retell the true trauma, but if you'd lied about the case, about the incedent than yeah...panic is the absolute right response. AH is panicked not over any DV or SV but over loosing .

this was not a divorce trial. the divorce happened 6 years ago and was settled out of court. Amber, the supposed gold digger, took a fraction of what she was entitled to under law. She could have taken $31 million but only took $7 million. As it turned out she should have taken Johnny for every penny she was legally entitled to. She'll need it. People who are still supporting Amber are those who are angry about the violent language or the unsavory comments he used to make about her body. Most Amber supporters don't even bring the r*pe story or violent beatings because these actually are not that believable. If she had told the world he was verbally and psychologically abusive, majority would still had believed her, specially women. But she chose to exaggerate her claims to get greater benefit.

I agree with Chase. She didn't display the right emotions for a victim 'wronged' by the system.
    There was no grief.
As a DV victim myself, if I'd had to put myself on display in court for 6 weeks & relive all that, I'd have been visibly devastated & crushed to not only be told a jury didn't believe me, but what I said was false & with malice.
Yet, her emotion peaked when she heard she wasn't getting punitive damages & I think she at times there was a flutter of defiance & anger.
Until last week, I had no interest in this case & had zero biases either way. Then I got sucked into watching hours of the darn thing 🤣
I'm no expert, but I've been in an extremely toxic, volatile & violent relationship and I genuinely believe Johnny was her victim.

2023 Johnny Depp is back in the spotlight at the 2023 Cannes Film Festival.
The actor, 59, walked the red carpet at the event in Cannes, France, on Tuesday as his French-language film Jeanne Du Barry, in which he plays King Louis XV opposite director Maïwenn, opens the film festival.
Depp stopped to sign autographs and pose for selfies with fans before making it to the red carpet. He and the Jeanne Du Barry cast and crew posed together hand in hand. Maïwenn, Depp and the rest of the cast walked the carpet to The Clash's song "Should I Stay or Should I Go." Depp received applause inside the theater as he arrived to take his seat. One audience member was heard shouting, "Go Johnny!"

But before that, both lawyer camps were allowed to see the form, so they both knew roughly the outcome before the clerk read it aloud. Meaning she had had a good 10 minutes to process it before it was read to her. Not sure that makes much of a difference to you guys, but still. She should, and we would like to see it but logistics get in the way.
Each state or county where a crime was committed would have to bring separate charges. The perjury charges in Va would be brought up in Va. It can come down to how much of a money sink it is and how backlogged the state is with other felony cases. Australia and the UK will decide what they want to do, if anything.
Each country can ban her from their respective countries for free, they do not have to give any reason and it costs them nothing. Each charge would be in different jurisdictions making this so time consuming it would end up costing him millions more in legal fees, lack of filming time as well as costing him many more years of his life. It would also keep her name in the press. My guess is he doesn't want to waste anymore time on AH. I think he is just glad this is over and his name cleared.

I think her emotions are solely in the moment. Like she battles what comes in as it comes in, like playing dodgeball. What just happened doesn’t make a difference, just asserting control. What’s coming doesn’t matter, because she is battling this rage right now. I think it’s why lies don’t matter. It doesn’t matter that she said something else five mins ago, or what the photo shows, because what she is asserting right now is what is the truth right now.

They protected him and allowed his MONSTER to surface as his physical shield when he was home. So his strategies saved his life. He did have support though. Marilyn Manson, the king of abuse, would nurture him as well. We don't know how much Johnny leaned on Manson but they did appear to be very close. You just don't do drugs with anybody when you're a star. You must be careful, Manson must have driven that much home to Johnny. TY, as a retired psychiatrist (MD), I am in agreement with you.
I came here to listen to these 4 gentlemen's analysis. Most of my work relied on chemical phermonal responses because I am an undiagnosed person with Aspergers. I am an animal whisperer and that is an asset in psychotherapy. Watching with no chemical help means I needed their expertise to help sort out the lies in this he said/she said. It is further education in this weak area of mine.
Over the years my mother knew something was wrong and insisted on speech classes in high school for me. In college I did a minor in communications (really taxing the speech department's director to the point of her asking me "why are you here?"; I explained the problem and she was totally surprised; and yes I derived great benefits from that difficult work). This extraordinary effort helped me to get gross facial expressions connected to phermonal input. I cannot see microexpressions at all (this is due to brain damage in first yr of my life by lack of iron in baby formula) because the changes are too quick for my eye-brain compression. But the gross expressions are with in my comprehension and now meaning is assigned. Those with Aspergers have a small amygdala, which not understood why cannot interpret accurately (nor seem to have attention to) the facial expressions. Many with Aspergers are unusually able to retain the phermonal responses every human baby has and build on this chemical source.
Some of my information is medical backed by NIH data; some of this information is personal experience and some is clinical data from my my retired practice. This is for anyone's benefit but as always the federal government insist any physician tell the reader this information does not make a doctor/patient relationship. You have been so informed.

Yes, no one cares about Amber that's the entire point of Johnny directing his people in England to begin smear campaign in 2016. I was reading TH-cam smear regarding Amber years ago. Johnny and his cult accumulated over 40 years had a devastating impact long before Johnny felt he could direct and win a trial after 2018. He was laying in wait for the right moment to strike. His expensive law team began collecting evidence and counter evidence long before Amber was even told she was being sued.
