I heard that if you want all the flavors to be absorbed completely, you should use it dry directly with the seasonings. Kung ang presyo ng inyong processed meat ay mas mura sa halaga ng karneng ginamit, natural na gagamit siya ng extenders at fillers. Ang binders naman ay kailangan para di sumabog ang laman ng longganisa kapag pinirito ito, at kapag hiniwa ay buo pa rin kahit na giniling na karne ang ginamit.

You are correct with the description of giniling na paper, there is some half truths in that. It contains more ingredients than you would want on your food, although all of them are GRAS (generally regarded as safe).

@@nicatotanes7668 You can use 1:1 meat with hydrated tvp. But there is more beyond spam than just tvp, you need stabilizers as well.

Use hydrated tvp as you would meat. Wala nga lang lasa si tvp kaya you need to spice it up and flavor it further.
