I have heard that fluoride is very bad for the body overall. Good for you! I am now studying a non-fluoride brand and hopefully I get to review it too! Your video is like an answer to my prayers because it confirmed that indeed fluoride is a no-no. I am a heavy flosser too! lol, I love to floss so much that I carry one with me all the time. I've used arm and hammer baking soda for about a month now but my teeth hasn't improved and still is the same color😮. Why??

I tried the straight baking soda also and didn’t like it. I’m going to try the baking soda recipe I found online for whitening and compare it with a gel whitener to see if there is any result at all.

I hope so, the water flosser has been better than I expected and the teeth scaler is beyond. It’s one of those tools that makes you go ummm are we supposed to have access to this thing? It seems very dentistry.
