I have never been more pissed off at a shows decision, and I am including the last season of Game of Thrones. They finally delivered the Black Canary we deserveed just for them to kill her off. The writers even admitted that when they made the scene in the first episode, they had no idea who was going to be in the grave. They went through each character one-by-one saying that they couldn't kill off Oliver, Felicity, or Diggle and that the only one that made sense was to kill off Laurel. What?! SHE IS THE BLACK CANARY! She's arguably the most important besides Oliver. I am literally quit watching Arrow after this episode.
@Megawaps the Black Siren was clearly a way to replace the Black Canary so they can fix their mistake. I can't be the only one who was waiting for them to replace the device with the actual Canary cry. That's why the black siren became the Black Canary at the end of the series. It's because it's who she was always meant to become.
@@thehuntsman8341 If they would just wanted to "fix their mistake", they would have just revive Laurel after Flashpoint. Instead, they took away the character who's development was pretty much over, and who's presence wasn't necessary in the story, since she wasn't Oliver's love interest, and instead gave a new version of the character with a new story arc they could work on.
Always makes me laugh how quickly the medical team gives up in tv shows... I get it, can't have them take all the time of the episode, but there are ways for shows to portray more time passing than 30 seconds...
A truly fantastic performance by Paul Blackthorne at the end of this episode. Quentin's reaction to Laurel's death was incredibly realistic, and painful. Very difficult to watch.
When I first saw the death scene I thought Oliver helped her fake her death cause how is that medically possible but then I remembered the funeral and I was so pissed like no she's a major superhero in the comics and the animated shows they can't kill her off like that as Thanos said no resurrections this time
I love this episode and I loved seeing how we finally got to see who died. Love Laurel and loved her death. Great job Katie. I’ll miss her in the arrowverse 😊
You are now witnessing what I personally believe to be the most unnecessary character Death in the Arrowverse

Well, it was actually a good decision, since Black Siren's story arc was very good. And it wouldn't be possible without Laurel dying.

Ouch. Ugh. I mean it was such a shock, and I hated it then, but looking back, I’ve grown to accept this decision.

Also loved that scene between Oliver and laurel. Arrow has always done a great job with its hospital scenes
