That’s awesome! Keep it up. The world of climbing is huge and always a blast. I’m going on 19 years and I still have so much more to do. Let me know if you have anything specific you’d like to know more about and I can do a video on it.✌️
Hahaha, I can't tell if you're being serious or not. But the quick breakdown is that first I thinned out some shoe rubber on a belt sander and in a squatting position marked where I wanted the rubber. I then used contact cement to glue them, and what I forgot to mention in the video was that I sewed the pants to my harness with nylon thread so that they wouldn't move during the comp, thereby providing good purchase for the kneebars. If the pants sag, this could change. Then with the newfound ninja power, you are on your way. Good climbing! ✌
@@EnigmaClimbing I appreciate the response. I believe an in depth video of how to make a Version 2 could really help people like me interested on making their own.😀
Ok, sure. I'll take that under consideration. I used KneeBar pants version 2.0 in 2022 to compete again. This time, instead of sewing the pants on, I was able to construct a way to clip them on the harness. That way, they were removable.
