    Loving this bag. It reminds me of the Tortuga Outbreaker which I came really close to buying. The only reason I didn't is because the straps didn't stowaway. Plus I love the hidden pocket. I would love to know if they would come out with a 35 L. I will be putting my PAKT backpack up for sale and taking a hard look at this. Definitely drool worthy.
    Hey and Danny don't change. Love your videos and i like that you take the time to pack out the bags to show what you can pack. Makes choosing to purchase so much easier. Others i no longer watch have gotten so big they just throw random coats in and i can't tell if it would be a good fit for me. 👍

    It seems like a great travel pack with the exception of the laptop compartment. The narrow opening is a deal-breaker for me. Great review Danny 😀

    Hey Danny! Love this review. What do you think about this bag vs. the Evergoods CTB35 vs. the Pakt Travel Backpack v2 vs. Peak Design Travel Backpack 45L?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching and I’m glad the video was helpful! Those are all really great options! Among them my favorite is probably the CTB35 as I really like the layout / aesthetic and size. The globerider is great but a little big for international travel (can work but is right on the edge of what smaller airlines will accept), same for the peak design bag and im also not crazy about the straps on that one. I haven’t had a chance to check out the new pakt bag but it looks solid, based on my experience with the original im just not as crazy about the split design and the laptop implementation

      @@dannypacks I currently have the CPL 28 v3 which I absolutely love (minus the lack of a water bottle holder). I know I would love the ctb 35 but I feel like it wouldn’t be a huge jump in capacity and not a huge difference

    How much weight of this empty bag?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for watching! The bag weighs approx 4 lbs 8 oz (2041 g) when empty so it’s fairly heavy

    Can you use it with the waist straps hidden? I hate waste straps 99% of the time.

      Yes. You would stow them in in the back support panel behind the zipper.

    Which was better for you the globe 45 or the set 28?

    • @dannypacks
      @dannypacks  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for watching! I haven’t had a chance to try out the SEG28 just yet unfortunately, but in general I like the seg layout more as I think the built in pockets are really useful and I like the flexibility of the bag

    Bro, that stitching is not going to provide ANY ventilation at all. Quit playing.

    that's crazy I ordered this bag. I got this today. There was a brochure with a disclaimer using very small letters
    "This product can expose you to chemical including DMF which is known to State of California to cause a cancer".
    How can sell something like that ?

      That same tag is on literally every item you own - your cell phone, shoes, clothing, etc. It's required by CA on any item that contains petroleum based materials, if you ever visit here you'll see the sign on restaurants...

      That’s just prop 65 CA compliance labeling par for the course. It’s also says exactly the same on the website so it was in no way underhanded on Matadors part.
      Refrain from eating the bag and you will be fine.
