All the criticism of bowblax was actually very friendly and nice. Like for how mental he was behind the scenes everyone was MORE THAN GRACIOUS to him. Then he made the choose to record that call and post it. He's cooked.

I'm going to come at this as someone whose brother is autistic with adhd, and who has several friends with autism. People with autism have a very hard time with criticism. They're also well known for anger issues and holding grudges. Not everyone. But it's extremely common. However, if you're going to be someone calling other people out in any capacity, you need to be able to sit back and recognize when criticism towards yourself is important. It's okay to be wrong sometimes. It's okay to take the L and admit you fucked up. It's been a really really long time since I've watched Boblax (I used to watch afterhours regularly), so I am not sure what he is like entirely in this day and age. But I don't think he should be in commentary. He's proven he can't handle what he needs to be able to handle in order to be in commentary. It does sound like he needs to get himself together and maybe get himself help.
Also he keeps making excuses. Like don't make excuses get help for those problems. Work on it. There's help for the things he claims to deal with.
And like you said you can't go around doing this while being critical of others for the same thing

Sorry, but I massively disagree with the criticizm, anger issue and grudge bit. I am autistic myself and have met an immense amount of other autistic people from all kinds of backgrounds (I am 30 atm). Everything is learnt, and any anger or spite that has not been taught to them is born from frustration of failed communication, which again can be improved by simply making the effort of teaching them. It takes time and repeated effort to ingrain new habits and ways of dealing with things, with autistic people moreso than with non-autists, but I feel sorry for whatever you had to experience that makes you think that. Autistic people are, despite their often perceived detachedness, immensely emotional but fail to communicate that to the outside.
Oh, and also, fuck Bowblax. I agree with everything else.
Autistic people vary a lot in their traits. Two autistic people can be seemingly entirely different. I am autistic, I have no anger issues and no problem being criticised. I'm not a minority either. It's known that autistic people CAN experience anger issues, but I would say it is a minority trend amongst autistic people. All the autists I know are also the least angry people I know.

What Bowblax has done is pretty insignificant in the grand scheme of things. He shouldn’t be in commentary if criticism bothers him so much, he’s a div.
But, this is an important and introspective conversation that needs to be had, especially for more serious allegations and actions. It’s about doing the right thing. At what point will commentators separate themselves from msm? What steps will be taken to not only weed out corrupt people, but hold them responsible/not foster an environment where they thrive? It’s all fair and well saying you don’t want to be seen as a snake, but say your best friend turns out to be a Bill Cosby and you say nothing. Are you to be trusted? Are you also responsible because you’ve “swept” for them? It’s the most severe example but one that shouldn’t be ignored. Online media is fast becoming the next mainstream and needs to learn from mistakes of the past.

around 8:00 mark about "autism"...it still no excuse. You learn what's wrong or right early when you have the disorder. Myself, I have it. In this situation, I would just take the L, say sorry and pretty much admit it's wrong. But to blame of disorder isn't OK, most people I've met use that all the time just to get everything in their way. And yes, commentary people do talk shit, everyone does.
If you use autism as an excuse to act out, you’re just justifying groups like autism speaks that see it as a mental illness or something that needs to be cured.

Here's my issue with commentary community...they will eat each other alive but then guard for their friends. Either eat EVERYONE including your friends or stop purity testing people who aren't your friends.

Concerning that edit, not too many people can take criticism. You have to approach it in a certain way. Especially with people you're close to be it friends, family, lovers, etc.
Otherwise, they get defensive and it turns into an argument and/or they shut down. And then nothing gets resolved and grudges are made.

do you have some dm's where nick tells blowsblax to tell this and that and that lie to get out of this and that drama or something? blowie could have gotten out of this in several ways and they were all told to him but he just decided to lie and then lie about why he lied while objectively lying when he was talking about that with his ""friends"".
blowsblax was already done and cooked in that sense before the nic stream, he just took the fall for taking blowsblax to pasture after blowsblax had jumped off the cliff already. he had got caught lying to everyone about the call and this time everyone else knew that everyone else knew that blowsblax was caught lying not only on one level but on 3+ levels at that point which is pretty bad in addition to that blowsblax lies in the call itself - there was no way out of it. sure nic revealed some further context that just made the levels of layers the lies had jump to 5+.
like after that two persons even if they felt like defending blowsblax out of pity or whatever when talking to each other could not pretend anymore that they didn't know what sort of manipulations blowsblax tried to do.
