Pace just vibin! That’s what I’ve learned watching these seller calls. Just get on the level, meet the seller where they are and have a good time. This is a gift as well as a skill.

Pace, Does the 100k just go into his pocket and you take over title or does that go against the principle on the house? That's the part I'm still confused about 🤔

Mate. What a great call and the way you talk to people is smooth. So couple of questions you mentioned you had three options but you never really mentioned any other than giving him $100k cash so what was your thought process during the call? Obviously it sounds like people were offering him seller finance which obviously he wasn’t interested in. Would be great to either get your thought process during the call and what the follow up was like to see what deal you would or have structured with him. Some many great questions asked on there and sounded just like two people talking rather than one trying to dominate the call. Brilliant

Hey Pace. Thanks for the great video. I noticed in this video you didn’t mention anything to the seller about taking over his payments subject to. I’m assuming that’s the strategy you are implementing to where u get everything caught up, give the seller 100k and take over the note. Is that right or am I wrong?

Hey pace. thank you for everything you do. I have a quick question if you have to give them for example $4,000 to move out and get an apartment put towards deposit money etc does that money get sent to the title company or do you hand it to them and if so how to track that 💰 🤑

I’ve listened to a “you know what” load of Pace’s calls and this has to be the first one I’ve heard him make a str8 up cash offer - is that because he’s getting a 400k+ arv for 100k..?

Sounds great but the logistics behind that for an investor or team without the resources would make this an impossible conversation. I.e. $100k cash and/or $400k + for his mortgage and the $100k in his pocket. Then having someone available for a walk through at the location the next day, plus dispo. The conversation is enabled by the resources, otherwise this conversation is going to be different.

Man that salesman approach is annoying. Pace said the same thing over and over. Why? I felt like I was on a Car lot. This seller sounds unrealistic and naive.

Was thinking the same thing and started to read the comments to see if I was the only one. I talk to sellers every day now. I know what an unrealistic seller sounds like too. His tonality is way too high and cadence/responses too fast being that he is in pre foreclosure.
