Would love a video just on cleaning the cooker. Seems to be something a lot of people don't talk about.
100% thumbs up
Power wash... No need for a video.
He’s got one.
Scrape clean, “season” for up to 10 cooks, after the 10th cook power wash or hose wash with soap. Dry, re season fully done
Big Applause. Love doing ribs & tips & wings, great work.
Rib tips are do delish!🤘
Love smoking tips. The color on these are amazing!!!
Bradley, can you do a video on how you clean a pit?
Wow, that color and smoke ring turned out amazing.
Literally just ate Rib Tips 10mins ago!! Bradley your timing is Amazing
Rib tips are a staple in the Midwest 👌🏽
These look amazing, love the "bbq sauce" spritz! 👌
Please! Do a pit clean video. Your stuff is amazing. Love watching.
Beautiful tips my friend. I’ll be making a bottle of that spritz for the weekend.
Just made these. Followed your step by step directions to a tee except had to use hickory wood.
Simple seasoning, k-salt and pepper...
Simple spritz..
They came out ...FREEKING AWESOME!!
THANK YOU !!
Spare ribs are my favorite. I'm constantly having to explain to friends that they need to be mindful of the cartilage in the tip, it's my favorite part. I think I'll divide them next time and save myself the trouble, lol. I'll eat the tips on my own.
The maple syrup is EVERYTHING.
Another great vid!!!
I like this dude...he seems cool as heck...good job bro!!!
oh fun! I love stumbling across channels I haven't seen before! Dude love the content, just subscribed!
Looks delicious as per usual 🔥🔥
Outside the box suggestion for the mesquite…smoke some 2-Row pale malts and give to your pro brewer buddy to whip up a nice batch of Mesquite BBQ Brown Ale.
Awesome idea,will try it thanks!
Looks amazing
Made them today... freaking amazing.
Just bought my 1st spare ribs. Saved my ribs tips. Going to save enough til thanksgiving
Love the tip meat. I always take the whole top smoke it to color wrap it in foil with a Buffalo sauce and finish til it’s shred tender. Rest um in foil with some pork lard for a few hours. Shred them and use it for pulled pork tacos, sandwiches, or just plain. Goes over really well.
This is exactly how I cook my spares. It's awesome. Thanks for sharing your way. I've got to try your simple spritz. Have you tried the coffee pot trick for spritzing or an injection?
Dang! Have been looking for a way to use the rib tip portion of the Sparerib. Especially how much cheaper the Sparerib is compared to the St. Louis rack. Thanks man!
I have spares in the freezer, can't wait to try this😊👍
I happen to have some rib tips in the freezer left over from yesterday. 🐸🥂🐸
Really nice colour
Mesquite my dude, my favorite smoke wood!
We're not worthy... we're not worthy. From Bradley to another. You're making our name Proud!
you smoke the paprika. that's the beauty.
Great videos as always. I’ll definitely start buying spare ribs. Also I appreciate the fact you keep it simple with the seasoning. It bothers me how other channels lather, season with 3 different rubs, spritz, 2 bbq sauce. 🤦🏻
95% of the TH-cam BBQ channels have no clue what they're doing.
Beautiful knife 😍
Mesquite wood is excellent and a must for South Texas style Fajitas.
Thank you
Longtime Texas spares fan, but this looks like something I really need to try out
Thanks I was always wondering what to do with that piece I felt like I was missing out on something
Carne asada tacos with that mesquite wood🔥
Great Video! I do these all the time! You can pick up a sparerib for 9-11 bucks. I can sell a rib plate for 11.50, plus I can get rib tips as well. I can get about 5-6 servings off one sparerib, making a nice little profit off one spare rib!
Good job Bradley Robinson 👍
Rib tips are popular here in chicago
Bradley….brother….I trimmed and followed the cooking method on my pellet smoker (I know I know) my man, they were the best rack I’ve ever made. Thank you!
I’m glad someone commented this🤘
THANKS
Since I’ve been watching you my smoking game has gone through the roof. Thanks
Great knives. Getting that bone off is always a problem. Liked your spritz as well
Would love to see how you clean your pit
Made it on time!
Yes Please!!!
My wife’s favorite part of ribs. Love the vids man keep em coming!
Would love to see a whole hog on the chud pit,
and if you need people to come help eat it.......
Mesquite is good with everything as long as u run it clean. Opies up in spicewood uses mesquite.
Brats and chicken are very underrated for mesquite smoking.
Thank you chuffsters I'm drinking a Miller I rekon
I watch a lot of these videos. Sure wish we had a butcher shop close by.
Beef Short Ribs @Chuds would be a nice follow-up to this Pork Spare Ribs ...
Ayeee NH Maple Syrup.
Превосходно!!!
Another mesquite video idea: The Real Deal Holyfield Taco from Valentina's BBQ
I enjoy eating the cartilage part.
Damn they look good
I use mesquite for chicken since I feel like chicken needs that extra bit of seasoning as mesquite produces potent smoke.
How about a video when you clean your smoker?
Also. Al Pastor please!
Bradley, could you interject some clips or note when/how often you put wood on the fire? I know every smoker is different as well as wood splits, but I’m still new to using my stick burner and wonder if I should be using bigger pieces or if what I do now is normal. Just love the information about technique as much if not more than the recipes. Thanks. Peace!
Got a freezer full of rib tips. Guess i have a reason to fire up the Oklahoma Joe now. Thank you for the idea
Would love a pit clean video!
Mesquite-smoked fajitas and/or beef flanken ribs!
Brisket and\or beef ribs with the Mesquite wood?
Pretty much a bbq and smoker newbie, so whats the difference between wrapping and allowing to steam vs just letting it sit out for a few mins after taking it off the smoker and cutting into it. I know the basics of letting the juices settle back into the meat but I don't understand how thats different from wrapping the meat and letting it steam. Wouldn't the meat already be tender from the time in the smoker?
Mesquite fajitas please Bradley!
Rib tips are a chicago specialty. But every good bbq place in any part of the state has to have good rib tips.
Hey Bradly, I'm in the Austin area and just made my first brisket using the foil boat method after watching your videos. It came out great! Btw where are you getting your wood delivered from?
I’d be curious as well. Thanks much in advance
This is funny. I just watched a video of him completely covering baby back ribs with salt, onion powder, garlic powder and paprika. Then spritzed with bbq sauce ( diluted ). And I mean covered in the rub. They looked amazing.
We really need to get you some new boots or the number for an exterminator, you always seem to be dealing with snakes in your foot ware 🤣🤣 I crack myself up. Keep killing in man!
How do you take care of your knives? And how do you clean and season your board after cutting or handling raw meat on it?
bleach
Gotta do tri tip with mesquite
Same temp if you grill the rib tips?
Hey bradly do you ever use apple or cherry wood
mesquite fajitas! i need a dupe to Valentinas Beef Fajitas
S and P for the win. Also paprika pretty much just tastes like chalk .
Mesquite brisket pls!
Poultry for the Mesquite!
I experiment with rib tips. If something works, I’ll start doing my regular ribs that way
Skirt steak and Mesquite is a no brainer for a mesquite video.
The ribs looked very delicious. Why do you think that they darken up in the foil? I haven’t seen that happen before.
Mesquite smoked duck. Or leg of lamb. Yep.
Call me crazy but one of my favorite parts is the crispy rib skin on the underside of the bones. Salt & pepper is the perfect seasoning.
I have to try this. I’ve got two spare ribs in the freezer. A different play on the usual.
😍
I always keep the rib tip as a tester... You know, making sure it really does taste good.
Turkey breast mesquite smoked is good pork loin also is good, so is beef steak or roast.
My bbq has been good , I've been using the big round Mediterranean sea salt. What am i causing?
The cartilage is the best part. Lol
How about some carne estrada with that mesquite.
Chicken with the mesquite wood. And I would have helped you stack lol
Those rib tips lined up are how you make a proper mcrib
What Japanese knife is that?
Maybe I missed it but what is the point of separating the rib tip meat from the ribs in the first place? Why not leave them together and cook it all at the same time?
So do I.
Round here, we cook the rack whole until almost done. Then separate the tips, then simmer them in sauce until the ribs are done. While the ribs rest, serve the tips with frys or a smoked tater. Then the ribs are the main course.
Just how we like to do em. 🤷♂️
Show us how you clean your grates and smoker. You said jts time to clean it based on the marks on the ribs.
I want to see how you clean your pit.
