Those carbs can be be really temperamental. I've noticed that some of the jets that are not factory mikuni and sold online like Amazon are not true to size. They can vary in size by too much. I couldn't tell from the video if you have new mikuni jets or another brand. It can send you in all directions putting different name brand jets in the carb, but the factory ones are damn expensive. Check the head gasket and base gasket with some spray when it is running too. Have a good day.

yeah, most temperamental carb I've ever done. Its crazy. I did make sure to get genuine mikuni jets for it too. Thanks for the suggestion.
@@WOTSmallengines I just bought my first fuel injected ATV. I'm not a fan of fuel injection, but it runs so consistently.
Right. Fuel injection is nice. But it makes it hard to do any aftermarket work to them.
