Thank you for the message Brother James. Can't speak for anyone else but I got what I was looking for: Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, Acts 16, Acts 18. Primarily Acts 10 though. It's good to see that someone as well versed in the Bible as you are can make a slip or two of the tongue like I all to often do. There were many encouraging aspect in the message, so again thank you. I was out in a public place, passing out invites to our camp meeting when I met a man with an unclean spirit. Once he found out I was Baptist he was in my face, finger and all (sort of like the baptism story you told at the Jordan River). Baptismal Regeneration was the pony he want to ride. He was spotting of scriptures faster than I could think, let alone answer him. Of course he started with Mark 16:15-16 and went every where from there. Funny, he (a professing Christian) was the only person to oppose me the whole time I was there. God Bless, and thanks for lesson/sermon.
What cracks me up about all of these so called pastors is you are teaching Gods word ; and clearly you are under the ( Roman Catholic Model ) by holding Sunday services. Talk about obeying God !!!! We are under the ( 10 commandments ) and you true sabbath is Friday sundown to Saturday sundown !!!
What cracks me up is you think you keep the sabbath😀. There is more to the sabbath Saturday worship service. But you like most “sabbath keepers” do not understand the scriptures. You take the parts you agree with and ignore the rest. We assemble Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday. We meet the first day of the week. Exactly like the first Christians did. We have some times done Wednesday and Saturday. We try to worship God everyday of the week. You do know Jesus broke the sabbath? Or do you ignore or excuse that part. Go back and read what the sabbath was and all that goes along with it. Then let us know if you are a true sabbath keeper. In my many many witnessing opportunities I have had with “ professing sabbath keepers” I have not met one that biblical followed the sabbath. Not one! With that being said we hope you come back listen with an open Bible and would be willing to listen to the scriptures as there is more in the Bible than what day we meet for service. CJ
Amen. Amen and Amen
AMEN.
AMEN! HEAVEN CAME DOWN AND GLORY FILLED MY SOUL ! AMEN!
Beautiful!! Kids !!
