Jinbe fought Ace for five days. So he fought the opposite of water for 5 days not to mention Ace is one of the strongest pirates in the series. Sanji can't keep his flame going for 1 day let alone 5. Jinbe's haki is stronger, and has decades more battle experience than Sanji as a fighter and as a pirate (captain of his of crew at that). He blocked the killing blow from Akainu that was meant for Ace and has blocked other massive attacks from Big Mom, Wadatsumi, and Luffy.

14:40 this statement is basically what i use in King vs Katakuri fight debates. Since you will get people that will say "Oh Katakuri fought longer than King. So he obviously has the better stamina feat." Like it so dumb that someone would compare the two fights that way. Katakuri got punched like 17 times and King got cut 4 times. Swords do more damage than punches. I personally would rather get punched then cut by a sword.
Hmm...I do think Sanji has better speed and durability due to his awakening. I think it's a little bit unfair to compare because Sanji has had major powerboosts while Jinbei is hasn't shown a new powerup since like Marinford and he's still bodying people. My argument for Jinbei would be that we haven't seen him at a point where he's like he has to burst out a new move to win a fight (noting he's 10 times weaker on land and still hasn't been pushed to the limit). Jimbei is also able to throw long and short range attacks while Sanji is more versed in sshort-rangeattacks. All the same, I'll give it to Sanji because he has more hax and feats than Jinbei and I hope Jinbei gets his shine soon.
One thing most people get confused about is that if we don't see a character use the busou ( the black coating) means there are not prolific in haki which is false. Every queen attack have haki , plus he was using busou during his fight with sanji. Queen is stronger than jinbei , and so sanii is stronger as well.
in Sanji defence I can only repeat the words of the goat: "Jinbe might be able to to hit hard but it means nothing if he can't find nothing to hit". and acelleration and speed is a factor to generate striking power so Sanji is beating Jinbe.

This is why I dislike the linear thinking/nature in power-scaling. Feats aren't always consistent, nor do they necessarily need to be. - Luffy beat Katakuri with only a few attacks. Then he physically struggled a bit against Ulti after all the physical and armament haki training in Udon. Either Katakuri would physically struggle against the Tobi Roppo as well, or Oda simply didn't think that -obsessively- -religiously- deeply about it. My money is on the latter. - Luffy destroyed Hody at every point in their fight except for when Hody almost bit Luffy's shoulder off. That's why he needed a blood transfusion from Jinbei. Did Hody suddenly become stronger? No. He just found an opportunity to use his powerful bite against human flesh. Even now, I bet Hody's bite is stronger than Luffy's (both without haki) because he's a shark fishman. There aren't any deeper implications to it.
Ppl forget that Jinbe fought Ace for days, a warlord of the sea, clashed with the best at marineford, and been in the new world way longer. From what we know about improvement through these types of fights, jinbe is a vice captain on a different crew if not his own captain

The part of Larry’s argument that I’d like to rebuke, is him comparing the blue fire from Sanji‘s leg to the magma from Akainu. Blue flames burn at a minimum of 1400°C. Magma has a maximum heat of around 1300°C. So Jinbe, potentially could not deal with that from a kick at Sanji speed which burns even hotter.

If these two go all out in a fight I give the edge to Jinbe. I would say it will be a close fight I can see him winning. I think people forget that fisherman karate attacks from the inside. As long as Sanji has water inside his body. Fisherman karate is like a bizarre gentle fist. Pre-time skip he took a lava fist to the back unguarded and somehow didn't pass out and wasn't killed. Also it didn't even leave a scar on his body but it did on Luffy. Showing he has a high level in endurance, especially against fire considering it has already been stated that lava was hotter than regular fire. Also he analyzes people when they fight. It's not about brute strength with him it's about technique and strategy. He has seen what Sanji can do if they ever get into a fight he's going to give that man a proper respect and bring everything to that fight. Even that thing with the Seraphim that Sanji was fighting. We still don't know 100% what happened with that and also that clone doesn't have the fighting experience that Jinbe has. It got off screen with the rest of the fights. So we don't know if he beat him by himself or someone came to help. We don't know if he escaped and ran into the other group. I hope we get a flashback to that fight. Also Jinbe might have conquerors haki I'm 75% sure of that but until it's officially confirmed can't give him that. Even if that was the case Jinbe is a lot better at haki than Sanji. If it came to observation then he has Jinbe beat. If it comes to armament Jinbe has some beat. Also there's one thing we never have seen Jinbe going all out.

Jinbe fought Ace for five days. So he fought the opposite of water for 5 days not to mention Ace is one of the strongest pirates in the series. Sanji can't keep his flame going for 1 day let alone 5. Jinbe's haki is stronger, and has decades more battle experience than Sanji as a fighter and as a pirate (captain of his of crew at that). He blocked the killing blow from Akainu that was meant for Ace and has blocked other massive attacks from Big Mom, Wadatsumi, and Luffy.

Since you will get people that will say "Oh Katakuri fought longer than King. So he obviously has the better stamina feat." Like it so dumb that someone would compare the two fights that way. Katakuri got punched like 17 times and King got cut 4 times. Swords do more damage than punches.

Hmm...I do think Sanji has better speed and durability due to his awakening. I think it's a little bit unfair to compare because Sanji has had major powerboosts while Jinbei is hasn't shown a new powerup since like Marinford and he's still bodying people. My argument for Jinbei would be that we haven't seen him at a point where he's like he has to burst out a new move to win a fight (noting he's 10 times weaker on land and still hasn't been pushed to the limit). Jimbei is also able to throw long and short range attacks while Sanji is more versed in sshort-rangeattacks.
All the same, I'll give it to Sanji because he has more hax and feats than Jinbei and I hope Jinbei gets his shine soon.

Feats aren't always consistent, nor do they necessarily need to be.
- Luffy beat Katakuri with only a few attacks. Then he physically struggled a bit against Ulti after all the physical and armament haki training in Udon. Either Katakuri would physically struggle against the Tobi Roppo as well, or Oda simply didn't think that -obsessively- -religiously- deeply about it. My money is on the latter.

The part of Larry’s argument that I’d like to rebuke, is him comparing the blue fire from Sanji‘s leg to the magma from Akainu. Blue flames burn at a minimum of 1400°C. Magma has a maximum heat of around 1300°C. So Jinbe, potentially could not deal with that from a kick at Sanji speed which burns even hotter.
Jimbe definitely used haki to block Akainu haki just wasn’t as prominent in the story at that time

I have never seen Larry on sanji's side ever. Scaling in one piece is sometimes off coz i don't believe jinbe shud be able to just block Akainu now or then with no haki or any known technique if he cud(even if he did) he wudn't have gotten packed up after saving luffy. After saying who's who has higher AP thn sanji depending on the atk 11:49 and proceeds to deny the same treatment for sanji. Jinbe can't just completely block sanji's diable jambe atks the damage wud stack or simply fail to stop thm becoz of speed difference. Sanji has better strength, durability, regen, endurance, stamina, AP, haki and speed. Jinbe can't take sanji down.

I'm going with Sanji winning post Wano, his Ifrit Jambei one shot queen and we still do not know his ceiling power, also Sanji was able to counter and disperse Kizaru huge light attack without struggling just using Diablo Jambei. Also his enhanced strength and endurance has magnified all his base powers and Diablo Jambei.
Man look. The entire argument that “u just know zoro wins” against Sanji doesn’t work because u can actually prove it. Sanji has speed, obs, and durability on Zoro, but Zoro has AP, endurance, and armament on Sanji. Sanji can land a dozen or so hits on Zoro, but he can actually counter attack like when he countered king.
Jinbe on the other hand don’t got none of that. Bro gets comboed, and has to just eat it, and he can’t do that for long enough to beat Sanji.

What doesn’t he understand? If one character can survive an attack you can absolutely compare another character’s durability to that situation, asking “would they also survive?” It’s not manipulating a question lmao. It’s called scaling. The thing you’re trying to do.
If these two go all out in a fight I give the edge to Jinbe. I would say it will be a close fight I can see him winning.
I think people forget that fisherman karate attacks from the inside. As long as Sanji has water inside his body. Fisherman karate is like a bizarre gentle fist. Pre-time skip he took a lava fist to the back unguarded and somehow didn't pass out and wasn't killed. Also it didn't even leave a scar on his body but it did on Luffy. Showing he has a high level in endurance, especially against fire considering it has already been stated that lava was hotter than regular fire. Also he analyzes people when they fight. It's not about brute strength with him it's about technique and strategy.
He has seen what Sanji can do if they ever get into a fight he's going to give that man a proper respect and bring everything to that fight. Even that thing with the Seraphim that Sanji was fighting. We still don't know 100% what happened with that and also that clone doesn't have the fighting experience that Jinbe has.
It got off screen with the rest of the fights. So we don't know if he beat him by himself or someone came to help. We don't know if he escaped and ran into the other group. I hope we get a flashback to that fight.
Also Jinbe might have conquerors haki I'm 75% sure of that but until it's officially confirmed can't give him that. Even if that was the case Jinbe is a lot better at haki than Sanji. If it came to observation then he has Jinbe beat. If it comes to armament Jinbe has some beat. Also there's one thing we never have seen Jinbe going all out.
