Get your kids involved with helping to clean the house and do laundry. It teaches them good life skills for their own home. My kids “made” their own beds since 2. Oh they were so proud. They are now in their 30’s and you go to their homes unannounced and it’s clean and beds are made. I do laundry every day. Only thing dirty is what we wear to bed. Teach the kids to sort clothes, use washer AND DRYER. Then they can fold and deliver to the right person. The more responsibility you give them the more pride they take in themselves and their home. It will take some pressure off you. A house is a FAMILY JOB. Everyone needs to pitch in and help it run DAILY. Dirt and clutter is depressing, even to little ones. I agree, my daughter is 10yrs old, her chores (everyday) are making the bed, washing dishes, loading the washing machine with all dirty clothes and i put the soap and water (this we do twice a week). She folds and puts the clothes away after they are dry and she prepares our breakfast. I do the cleaning, cooking and all the other chores she can't coz she's still young but this has taught her how to be self sufficient, helpful, she knows some life skills and won't suffer when she's a teenager or an adult and living alone one day.

So true everything you said throughout the video. I think I try to do everything at once get overwhelmed then I don't do anything. So true what you said about the laundry huge anxiety for me as well. Beautiful job be proud huge accomplishment all you did. ❤❤
It is overwhelming, that's why I keep it real with you and show you that it takes few days to finish. It's better to say that you're going to clean a little bit and do more than expected than saying I am gonna clean it all, just by thinking that you will do it all will bring you down because you will not know where to start.🙃
