I HATE when people pour the syrup right on their pancakes. It's like putting your ketchup ON your french fries. Why do I want soggy pancakes? Why do I want syrup with a side of pancakes?
I’m Swedish and we definitely don’t put lingonberry anywhere near pancakes! Pancakes here are thin crepes and normally served with whipped cream and raspberry jam, strawberry jam or sometimes cloudberry jam, but lingonberry is a no no, lingonberry goes with Swedish meatballs and other savory dishes!
I'm not sure why so many comments are complaints. There is some room for improvement but otherwise I think this is a really fun series. TH-cam comment sections have become less for constructive criticism and more for complaining about every little thing.

Kaja West shes saying its sweet because the pancakes alone are sweet as hell. A buttermilk pancake with syrup is good and sweet, but its not as sweet as the tres leches pancake. I think pancakes shouldnt taste like cake.

Ihop is my favorite place to go to for my birthday. :) I had my birthday there as a kid with my parents. Belgian Dark Chocolate Mousse and Shortcake are my favorites. I do get limited editions pancakes when I can. I've never had their crepes before but now, I want to try the raspberry, banana and nutella ones.
This is actually really funny. I can never go on a review duty with everything similar and only tweaked by flavors. So when Julia said she just sort of “blacked out” lol, totally understandable. It’s like you are presented with diabetes all the way 😂.
i really like the triple chocolate pancakes with chocolate pancakes with chocolate chips and chocolate mousse inside and the strawberry pancakes with bananas inside and with bananas and strawberries on top and they have strawberry syrup to pour all over it and i also like the oreo cookies and creme pancakes with crushed up oreos on top with oreo cookie inside.

And on the sliders, she put syrup on one of them and she didn't even eat the one with syrup. Such a waste. Everything else was fine, just the syrup bothered me
