Stinks that they charge us to get in. I’m a retired nypd sergeant and a first responder to the attacks. They attempted to charge me to enter the memorial. It’s a disgrace. It’s a cemetery. There are unidentified remains in the museum. Please highlight this fact. To all the tourists- stop paying to enter.

I love how you said our little brother ❤, it's so true , in the bible I've heard America is the young lions of Tarshish in revelation . We are a melting pot but if you came to where I live , we have so many things similar with you guys ( I have been to England ) my family stemmed from an orphan who came over on a boat when he was 12 years old from county cork Ireland, the rest is English and European . I'm also an army brat and my dad served 20 years in the army and was over the supply when Bosnia was going on . Never forget

I'm from a small coal mining/glass making town in the North of England. I'm so proud to have stood alongside my American brothers during 3 tours of that country. We watched each others backs and us lucky ones came back in one piece. The whole world will never forget what happened on that day.... My personal memory of 9/11 was that I was in the gym at the garrison with about 30 other British soldiers and we just stopped transfixed at the TV.... after about 2 hours a Sgt Maj spoke and his words will haunt me forever... he said "right lads we better start preparing for what's going to come from this.... our little brother is going to need us.

I was 22 when this happened. I remember for the first 30 days after the attack, everyone was so nice. After that month, including up to today, everyone went back to being so mean and nasty to each other. The slogan "Never Forget", seems to have gone away, except on the actual day of 9/11 each year. But this was a very beautiful well put together segment.

Thank you Drive Thru History Team for producing such a powerful & moving special. THIS is the ONE that needs to be shown to our young people that don't have a memory or real connection to living through the events of that day. They will FEEL what WE felt when they watch this special. The part that REALLY took my breath away was about the brave people on Flight 93. Hearing that Todd Beamer led them in the Lord's Prayer & Psalms 23 before they took action.....then GOD did just what they prayed. HE laid THEM down in Green Pastures in that field in Pennsylvania. Their selfless actions for certain saved other's lives. Thanks again for such great work on this special.

I was in first hour Bible class during my junior year of high school on 9/11. We heard about the first plane, so our teacher turned the little tv on at the back of class, and we saw the second plane hit live-it was then we knew this was no accident, but an attack. I was absolutely horrified. We pretty much watched tv the rest of the school day, and I remember it being very quiet and somber in the halls as we switched classes.
Thank you for this special production. I cried more than once, remembering that day and the overwhelming feelings, the following unified patriotism that seems almost lost today, and all those amazing heroes of 9/11. I’m so thankful for their bravery and sacrifice. Even in the midst of horror, I’m grateful God works all things together for the good of those who love Him and are the called according to His purpose. It seems so dark at times, but still He reigns, and it is in Him that my hope is secure.

NIST WTC Towers FAQ 31. How could the WTC towers collapse in speeds that approximate that of a ball dropped from similar height in a vacuum?
NIST's Answer- "Since the stories below the level of collapse initiation provided little resistance, the building section above came down essentially in free fall, as seen in videos."
Now, why did Einstein say gravity is not a force? There is an equivalence between floating around weightless in outer space and when free falling weightless on earth. There are no forces on you at any time when you are weightless. Floating in space and free fall are one and the same. And that is why Einstein said gravity is not a force. If you don't have weight then there are no forces on you, and if there are no forces on you then you are not really accelerating. Free fall would be an example of apparent acceleration,...On 9/11 NIST WTC Towers FAQ 31 said the towers came down essentially in free fall. That means most of the acceleration the towers had when coming down was only apparent acceleration. The weight that supposedly crushed the towers from the top was only 10% of the weight the towers could support. Another way to look at it is the apparent acceleration on 9/11 would be the same as if gravity lost 90% of its force, and then only 10% of its 1G force was real acceleration. This must be the reason why NIST never went beyond explaining how the collapses began, because in apparent acceleration the weight that supposedly crushed the towers was simply not there. When you jump off a roof, gravity does not pull you down. What really happens, and because it's the only force, is that gravity stops pushing you up. The real question is why did gravity stop pushing up the towers on 9/11?

Thank you again for your dedication and effort to make this great video, I believe it needs to be shown in schools everywhere, the message at the end is very important for our young generation to hear. They have not experienced a traumatic attack on our nation like we did, they don't know patriotism, and how important our freedoms are. They take everything for granted, when they hear defund the police they blindly agree...very sad.

I think everyone who died on those 4 planes was all heroes. If Betty Ong and Amy Sweeney had not released information to the ground crew to which, called to grounding of all planes, there would have been further loss of life.

@@annetteslife there was only 4 planes hijacked. I mean they did try to save the plane on this one….but they failed. Now as much as a good effort the passengers gave to save the plane……they didn’t. And it crashed and they all died. Very sad. But , unfortunately that’s not hero status. If they would have saved the plane , beat the terrorists and the plane landed safely , everyone survived, that’s super hero status. We can’t call people HEROS for no other reason then we feel sad for them that they have died in this not very nice incident

A 9/11 gravity, sleeping in Space analogy.
On earth when you put your head on a pillow the pillow will compress because F = ma. But in the Space Station they don't have pillows because when you're weightless F = zero. In free fall you're also weightless exactly as if you were in space, and again your head would also not compress a pillow because again F = zero. How can NIST say the towers came down essentially in free fall, and claim it was from the huge force coming down when F = zero in free fall?
As documented in Section 6.14.4 of NIST NCSTAR 1, these collapse times show that:
"the building section above came down essentially in free fall."

I remember I had to turn in some paperwork at tower 2 back in August, 2001. I remember the receptionist was a girl that live in my coop building when I was younger. I hope Beverly wasn’t working that day. I remember when I was 20 years old. I had a summer job at Windows of the World restaurant on the 106 and 107 floors of tower 1. The head person ask me if I wanted to stay and I say no at the time. I always remember that day when 9/11 comes up. I was working in Queens that morning when I was working in the NYPD. I thank God now I was no where near the incident. 🙏 RIP to the staff in the Windows of the world restaurant. I will always remember them.

I'm sorry, but I would not call this a "collapse within its own footprint" as stated by the mis-informed tour guide. That falling debris completely destroyed several other adjacent buildings and fell many blocks away from the building's footings. A collapse within its own footprint would by definition NOT involve destruction of other buildings. And those intentional demolitions are initiated from the bottom of a building, not the top. This description is a critical error which leads sadly to the mass proliferation of incorrect conspiracy theories, and I believe disrespects the souls who perished. I do not understand how anyone could watch the footage observed through countless accounts, and call that as such.
I also do not understand his wording about "melting of the superstructure." This is also incorrect. The steel did not melt, it was hot enough so that it deformed and could no longer withstand its rated load (which was designed and implemented with extremely adequate safety margins). The steel lost integrity, particularly in the floor trusses. Once many floor trusses sagged and pulled away from their mounts at the columns, the columns had no lateral support to keep them from buckling. This can be seen in videography at the very beginning of the collapse where the walls appear to be slightly pulled in as the floors sag. Although the visible outwardly columns appear to sustain most of the structural damage, those that were damaged carried a small fraction of the load of the structure, and in reality only carried about 5% of the load since all the wall columns carried 40%, and the core 60%. It was the core that was the most vulnerable to the impact and fire, and finally gave way after standing for nearly an hour or two respectively. The second tower hit was hit much lower and unevenly on a corner, hence vastly more weight was above it, accelerating its demise compared to the first tower. It also fell toward the corner that was hit, further demonstrating the weakness of the structure in the vicinity of the impact. Nearly 20 floors can be seen initially moving and tilting as one solid mass as it began its conversion from stored potential energy into kinetic energy impacting every floor below in succession. Once that process starts, there is nothing that can stop it. Certainly not a measly 4-inch slab of concrete on the floor directly beneath the cave-in. And certainly not even the next one. Or the next 50. Because it just kept getting heavier, with more and more speed.
    Just my two cents.

We ran back into the train until the firefighters came. There was no air and total darkness. We were evacuated through city hall. When I was getting i asked a police officer is it bad?
