    Ingredients
    Red bean paste
    1 egg with a pinch of salt, beaten (or brushing)
    Pumpkin seeds to add to the top of the cookies
    Custard Pastry
    250g butter, softened
    150g icing sugar, sift
    2 eggs,
    1/2 tsp vanilla essence
    360g flour
    1 t baking powder
    2 Tbsp custard powder
    Note : sift together
