Pete's a bloody fret bored wizard I tell ya! the captain has some great chops as well! I like how you can see lee progress as a guitarist throughout the Andertons vids, if you watch from when they first started to now you see how much better he has become! great work fellas as always!
I was in the store playing the candy apple red one just before they came into the room to collect them for filming. The guitars are stunning. There is something very special about them. They have a ring and vibration that is like no strat I have played and the neck is beautiful. Also, I would just like to say how friendly the guys are. Not only are they talented but really nice blokes too and happy to chat. Every so often you pick up a guitar and think, this fits and I fell in love. Come on lottery numbers, daddy wants a new strat.
There is no one in the world who could simultaneously inspire me to practice 8 hours a day and completely give up trying quite like Danish Pete. You've heard it a million times before and you'll hear it million times more, but absolutely INCREDIBLE playing!!!
Pete is my favorite guitarist on this channel by a mile. Chappers and Rabea are both incredible and can shred, and Matt and Lee can both play really solid too, but Pete is next level
Agree mate. Soul and melody outweigh "Wow! That's clever/fast!!" After the 2nd listen to a Chappers blinder it's a bit stale, whereas a Pete solo doesn't have the same Atom Bomb impact initially but bears repeated hearing. For example I listen to Yng solo but don't return to it, but a Page or Gary Moore solo get better with time.
I like them all (Rob, Bea, Etc). But I agree that Pete has something extra that is really amazing. Music just flows from him like water. I think Ariel is on a similar path as Pete.
I made the mistake once of sitting down in my local guitar shop and trying a 60's heavy relic strat. Just a regular 'run of the mill model', as far as custom shop stuff goes, but there was no way I was leaving without it. The big thing for me was just how inviting and lovely it was to play, especially the feel of the neck. I've never had a brand new guitar with a pristine finish feel quite that way. Daphne blue, body is dinged to hell, rosewood board, neck has no finish on the back like these. Love, love, love it!
Lee most definitely is noticably better every time we get to hear him (BIG congrats!!) But Jesus Mary and Joseph. . . . PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETE!!!!!!! Damn that's sweet.
Renaissance Man true story i heard from gis Chapman guitars demo+QnA= rob was actual ass when he started, i mean lil wayne could outplay him miaaing an arm, and people legit told him to stop guitar because hea juat bad at it, -but would ya look at em now
I just saw this video right after the funeral of my uncle. The freestyle intro you guys did almost made me cry again. Thanks for the great playing. P.S. Very nice choice on the specs. Great guitars.
How the hell does one play this way? It’s so melodic and the tones just sing out so incredibly well, I could listen for days to these two playing! Beautiful stuff!
Chappers and The Captain, You are great. Danish Pete - You are my inspiration. Your tone and playing are just soooo right. Nothing gets me nodding, eyes closed and smiling like your playing (apart from my 3 year old son) :) . Awesome.
I'm the proud owner of a '59 custom shop NOS maple fretboard by another retailer. Very similar and my 'must have' guitar of all time! All of these are fantastic guitars, not cheap, but if you can afford them incredibly worth the money! As usual fantastic playing from Pete and Lee. C'mon guys cut a DVD and sell it for the charity of your choice! We'll all buy it!
Pete really pulls on those heart strings when he plays! What a fantastic video! I❤️Pete. I also ❤️ all at Andertons but Pete is my favourite if I had to choose 😂. Thanks guys!
One of the best channels on TH-cam , and andertons probably one of the best music stores, if I can ever afford to I'm going to order a guitar from you guys even tho i could get it here, I'll pay the extra to have it shipped, just so i can say it's from andertons, especially if i can afford a custom, you never know that might be a thing someday, an authentic andertons custom might be the sought after collectors item... in fact you guys should offer autographed guitars, imagine that 50 years from now a Lee and Pete autographed at auction !!! Or even on pawn stars !!!
Well done, Gents...! they sound fantastic and I must say the control setup is spot on. A little beyond what my pockets would allow for but not too shabby for a custom shop strat. And a tip of the hat to the playing, lads....Excellent as always.
Lee HAS gotten so much better as a player, great job that man - Pete's playing goes to show why a guy who can smoke on a ballad doesn't have to play a million notes, better job THAT man!! These guitars are cool but way out of my price range although I am definitely certain they will fly out of the shop like they have strings attached to them. Great work guys, keep it up!!
Great playing as usual, but mr. Anderton has reached truly a next level in his playing. Pete is a World class player and it might get a bit nervous to play with him when cameras are rollin`. Thanks for this and keep going!
Have you consider opening an Anderton’s store in the US Captain? Your store is a spot for pilgrimage for us here in the US. We badly need one here. Or two or three lol. One at each coast and one in the middle of the country.
Oh the red one was gorgeous!...and the green and purple too😊...the purple is no slouch either, would the anodized pickgaurd provide extra shielding?...
Love the shot of John mayers picture with the fender headstock in frame then john fades but the fender headstock remains ,very subtle love it.its just as joss comes to jam at the end.Andertons is class as always.
Cool guitars guys. I just want to make one recommendation. When you guys are demonstrating, I think you should do more tonal variations with the volume and tone knobs. Like, here’s how the strat sounds with the volume on 5 and tone on 8. Just a suggestion. Great work by the way, Pete is such an awesome player!
Dansk Pete inspirerer mig saa meget, denne amerikaner lærte mig dansk! If only I could get my hands on that Sherwood green here in the States. Saa smuk!
Leonard Cubias prs ,please ripoff strats there is a reason his company is small compared to Gibson and fender and gretch, speaking of gretch, how much longer before he rips off a white falcon or country gentlemen
I'm glad my first guitar teacher made the decision for me that I should learn how to play righthanded straight away. It was easier for him because the neck isn't flipped, for me it didn't make a difference because I didn't know how to play at all yet, and now it's nice to know I have waaay more choice when buying new instruments.
Pete, that was some absolutely gorgeous playing mate 🙌
Time for illumination So, I’m wrong for having found feeling - a personal expression and matter of taste - in his playing? Please do illuminate me...
He is my favorite Andertones player! He is true Tone King
notice how nobody liked time for illumination's reply, might be a sign that you're wrong sweetie.
@Paras Mento On first glance I don't see a video on your channel of your playing. Do you mind uploading one to show me what "feel" is?
Pete's a bloody fret bored wizard I tell ya! the captain has some great chops as well! I like how you can see lee progress as a guitarist throughout the Andertons vids, if you watch from when they first started to now you see how much better he has become! great work fellas as always!
Pete's bored? Bored of... frets? :-)
I think he meant fretboard...
Well, yeah. My comment was just a friendly poke to let him know of the spelling error.
you gotta love youtube... you make a simple spelling mistake and there is always the one dude who has to point's it out....
James Davies Points is not possessive. There shouldn’t be an apostrophe. We can correct grammatical errors as well 😉🤨🧐

There's just something special about a candy red strat😊
The most special giving time will be the Sunburst.
Sorry but Andertons produce the best guitar review/chat/information videos on TH-cam. Keep up the great work Lee and the team 👍
Thank you kindly. And please don’t be sorry for saying that :-)
Agreed, but why do they have a signed photo of Ace Ventura in the background?
There is no one in the world who could simultaneously inspire me to practice 8 hours a day and completely give up trying quite like Danish Pete. You've heard it a million times before and you'll hear it million times more, but absolutely INCREDIBLE playing!!!

Connor Bucka what about Ariel?
Connor Bucka Pete does have serious melody in his playing.
Agree mate. Soul and melody outweigh "Wow! That's clever/fast!!" Rabea's tasteful blues soloing is up there too!

Pete!! That purple strat matches your relicted Tele!!! You gotta get the whole set!!!
SRV TheSheep he and Lee spec’d it. It should match.
Pete's playing with that metallic blue strat in the opening was just beautiful man.
Lee most definitely is noticably better every time we get to hear him (BIG congrats!!) But Jesus Mary and Joseph. . . . PEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEETE!!!!!!! Damn that's sweet.
yeah Pete is kicking his butt to improve most likely that he does not have Rob to show off as much now.
Renaissance Man true story i heard from gis Chapman guitars demo+QnA= rob was actual ass when he started, i mean lil wayne could outplay him miaaing an arm, and people legit told him to stop guitar because hea juat bad at it, -but would ya look at em now
I liked Rob when was teaching guitar videos and more humble than now he is show off as celebrity online.
Those strats are stunning, the videos are awesome, and Pete's playing is just sublime!!
I just saw this video right after the funeral of my uncle. The freestyle intro you guys did almost made me cry again. Thanks for the great playing.
P.S.
Very nice choice on the specs. Great guitars.
The candy apple red strat is mine now. Love it!
Greetings from germany!
Lovely chilled out Jam, more of this please....
Beautiful Pete, honestly-stunning
That blue one with the tortoise guard though ❤️❤️❤️
"The Captain." A very deserving title... what an awesome crew of tonesmen. Beautiful playing.
Tasty playing by the Captain at the beginning. Stepping a bit outside his usual blues box and it was sounding nice!
These sound absolutely killer. Incredible sounding Strats
Awesome.
Graham Holland. Well said. I fully agree except my son is 7. But I was literally smiling every time Pete played.
Lee, your development as a player-single most inspirational aspect for me. Cheers x
Pete, Josh and Lee are killing it on the play out!!! Lee's playing has risen to a new level and holding his own. 😎👍👍
Oh!!! That purple is spectacular.
Lee, your playing is great. Awesome job.
Pete is the reason I want to learn guitar. His playing is inspiring!
wow johnny english was the head of the fender custom shop AND the number 1 agent at Mi7? what a guy
Danish Pete is such an amazing guitar player!!!
BRILLIANT playing (particularly the opening jam) and fab looking Strats. Good work men!!
Really enjoy the Danish Capitan videos, awesome demo
These sound absolutely incredible
Best demo vid you've made in a while guys - Pete just tearing it up. Love it!
Captain you killed that second solo, even rewinded to watch it again. Might even steal some licks too 😭👌🏾
That purple one looks absolutely phenomenal!
The sustain in that blue strat is sick!
Worth it just to hear Danish Pete's playing in the 1st minute!
Sweet jam at the end there.
Pete, thanks for considering the lefty player.
Pete really pulls on those heart strings when he plays! What a fantastic video! I❤️Pete. I also ❤️ all at Andertons but Pete is my favourite if I had to choose 😂. Thanks guys!
the guys just walking out with the loop playing was badass. #stratlife
Love the blue one !!!
thanks for including information about lefties
One of the best channels on TH-cam , and andertons probably one of the best music stores, if I can ever afford to I'm going to order a guitar from you guys even tho i could get it here, I'll pay the extra to have it shipped, just so i can say it's from andertons, especially if i can afford a custom, you never know that might be a thing someday, an authentic andertons custom might be the sought after collectors item... in fact you guys should offer autographed guitars, imagine that 50 years from now a Lee and Pete autographed at auction !!! Easily one of my favorite youtube channels!!
just one of the best channels on youtube. You guys are amazing! Intro's are sublime. Thx!
Well done, Gents...! they sound fantastic and I must say the control setup is spot on. A little beyond what my pockets would allow for but not too shabby for a custom shop strat.
And a tip of the hat to the playing, lads....Excellent as always.
The green is beautiful.
I'd never heard of the ODR1 before but bought it because of the note at 35.53. Good videos.
Nice playing Captain! Pete is as good as always.
Love the opening jam
beautiful!!
Well, they do have strings attached to them. 6 each in fact,
Great playing as usual, but mr. Anderton has reached truly a next level in his playing. Pete is a World class player and it might get a bit nervous to play with him when cameras are rollin`. Thanks for this and keep going!
wow amazing playing! good take
OMG!.. The green one is perfect 😲 💚
That Reaction from Lee when Pete plays Human Nature :D sounds magical.
I love to hear Pete play. Dude is underrated for sure. Lee has found his groove on this one too.
Have you consider opening an Anderton’s store in the US Captain? Your store is a spot for pilgrimage for us here in the US. We badly need one here. Or two or three lol. One at each coast and one in the middle of the country.
I like the green one.And great outro riff and jam, guys.
That opening jam made my day.
quite possibly the best looking strats I have ever seen
OMG Pete! Tasty tasty playing! Love this guy!
Wow beautifull strats
lol - that fade out of the Mayer picture. so great.
Great playing as always
Oh the red one was gorgeous!...and the green and purple too😊...the purple is no slouch either, would the anodized pickgaurd provide extra shielding?...
I have the lake placid blue strat with white pick guard and now I really want the tortoise shell one looks great
Yeeeeeeah guuuuurl!! Stealing that loop from the beginning. Lovely stuff.
Pete that playing made my day in lockdown, also is anyone else getting John Mayer vibes from the starting jam?!
Pete, you've killed me with your last loop !
Love the shot of John mayers picture with the fender headstock in frame then john fades but the fender headstock remains ,very subtle love it.its just as joss comes to jam at the end.Andertons is class as always.
From 25:00 - Those riffs. Man, they sound raw and dirty. Pete, it sounds amazing
So good ! Man I need one .
I get SO much pleasure in hearing Danish Pete play. He should make some tracks where he plays to his own jam tracks... I'd buy them 😁
Damn, you're getting good Lee!!
CONGRATIONS!
Nothing like a good Strat 🤘🏻🤘🏻😉
I love the pickup set!
Pete is a step above. Strats are absolutely the greatest guitar ever made. They changed my life.
Heavily lovable guitars....
Cool jam guys Lee you look like you were in the groove and just forgot you were doing a shoot,...
You can tell when these two really like the guitars they are playing
That Purple monster is the coolest strat ever.
Saa smuk!
Even Pete struggled with that SRV playing, shows you how good he was haha.
That’s a beautiful PRS silver sky 🤣
Why there are so many haters😤
Come on you guys it was a joke just laugh or at least try 😅 ... love PRS and Fender
Leonard Cubias prs ,please ripoff strats there is a reason his company is small compared to Gibson and fender and gretch, speaking of gretch, how much longer before he rips off a white falcon or country gentlemen
If you look closely the headstock is different also appears to be fender branded, QUICKLY call PRS lawyers we go a lawsuit in our hands!
Nah dude the headstock is all wrong. LOL!
Nice pro tools sounds! Good luck with your trussrod adjustments
What does that even mean?
Great job guys! Love the guitars :D
This Pete guy is a fantastic player, wow.
Loving this intro! Those tones! #WideAwakeWetDream
PETE. "ENOUGH SAID." I HAVE TO GO CHANGE ME SMALLS.WOW. THANX PETE. LUV FROM L.A. CA.
Just when I was tempted to change the bridge pickup in my strat, Pete teaches me to get better at playing and wire the tone to the bridge.
Currently deciding on the spec of my first custom shop strat, and I suspect it is going to end up damn close to these 59s.
Those strats sound delicious :)
That beginning jam. Holy shit. So damn much good guitar playing.
Killer guitars ... want one ... and a Tele too :-)
Love these videos !
Could you please tell us the neck contour specs?
For example are they .830 1st fret and -.970 12th fret?
Thank you !
