As a Prince fan, I would love to know exactly how many recordings of his unreleased songs exist. I've seen all the guesses, and I'd wager that most of the guesses are damn close, and probably a few are on the dot. The most common guess I've heard in the past decade home in to around 600+. A small part of me thinks it's probably more than that. I wish his family would find out. I'd think maybe, basing my guess on the fact that an AVERAGE album having about 10 tracks, and one album per year, we've got at least 2 more decades worth of unreleased material.
