1. you still get extra 80 damage on them which is nice 2. be less predictable with your tech usage (in such cases you can try hiding your hits with ink) 3. if they are low enough, it doesnt matter if they predict you (norecoil is also good for finishing people off with 2 fast hits)

What do you do if they just turn around after each hit to negate no recoil?
