    I’m not even an optician nor do I study optometry, but I love watching your videos and I love the philosophy corner segments.

    I recently got into Optician-ry. The only problem is there are home opticians that straight up steal your costumers; you are helping them, then the optician comes with a frame in hand and recommends such model. I was like WTF!
    The other problem is wayyyy to many opticians on the floor; it's like when a restaurant schedules 12 servers instead of 6.
    At my current workplace we have upto 6 opticians scheduled for the same day; really cuts into your sales.
    I have being up other optical stores, and they have 2 opticians on the floor.
    My place 6... Then, I feel like it makes us look like hyenas fighting for the costumers when they walk in.

      Sounds like somebody needs to get a little experience under their belt and then start looking for another job?
