Another tip for Keeper: Bomb ALL of the Pots that you can. Especially in the first two floors.
Swallowed Penny and Head of the Keeper are two of only a few items that make Keeper playable, and both can be found by bombing Pots. The odds of getting Swallowed Penny from Pots are actually pretty decent, when using my strategy (below). Further, the first two floors are more likely to give you more Pots, in bigger clusters - a "cluster" being a bunch of Pots that you can get at once with only one Bomb. The biggest cluster I've seen in a few rooms is 6 Pots for 1 Bomb, but 4-for-1 clusters are very common.
My strategy is to full-clear the first and second floors and save all my bombs till the end, then go back and bomb the biggest Pot-clusters I can find. I even go to the Shop and buy more Bombs if I have to - it's often worth it. Of course, if you need the Completion Mark for Boss Rush or Hush, this will kill some time, but if you only do it on the first two floors, you can make up lost time later. If you're not pressed for time though, bomb every Pot you can, on every floor, until Swallowed Penny, or better, Keeper Head. And obviously, if you find a Gold Bomb, bomb EVERY Pot on that floor.

'Nother tip, not super great for hush or boss rush but sac rooms are great with Keeper. Early floors if you're confident enough to not need healing blow all your wooden nickel charges in a sac room plus the first few sacs can give coins and chests containing coins very good for getting angel rooms
in my opinion you should get at least on third floor a 100% chance for an angel room if you dont do a devil deal on second floor

Getting to an angel room isn't actually all that hard as the Keeper, Hutts. Just look for sacrifice rooms and as you said, keep a few coins lying around. You can basically spam the sacrifice rooms for potential Angel Room items or solidify the floor being an Angel Room instead of a deal with the Devil (assuming you get a room to spawn).

Actual Keeper pro tips:
1. Blow up every single pot. Did not get swallowed penny till third floor? Concede.
2. Self sacriface room = your best bud. Do not go for no damage floor clear, just use self sac and temperance abuse.
3, ANY invincibility frames are OP even a dull razor.
4. Wooden nickel sucks
5. There is no angel/devil routs, you have to rely on self sac rooms and shops
6. CHAD is actually pretty good, so is Gimpy
7. Do not go for orbital contact damage
I find it hilarious that Hutts hates Keeper but loves Tainted Keeper

Trivia for Undefined Item
The item is a reference to a bug in the original The Binding of Isaac, where exhausting an Item Pool (or rarely simply by chance) would cause an item to spawn whose name and description was listed as "Undefined", and whose sprite would rapidly cycle through the sprites of every other item in the game. Undefined by itself creates no effect, but if it was ever picked up, should the game attempt to spawn an item from an exhausted item pool, the game instead crashed, as it could no longer spawn Undefined. From Rebirth onwards, an exhausted item pool will instead spawn Breakfast, even if the item would normally never spawn from that item pool and/or Breakfast had already been obtained in the run.
In programming "Undefined" refers to an unknown value.
Given the Glitch theme of the item and the ability to access Chapters that have not yet been unlocked using I AM ERROR, along with the ability to acquire mass upgrades in The Chest and The Dark Room, it is possible that it was intentionally made into a powerful sequence-breaking item.
The sprite for Undefined appears to be, fittingly, a glitched and spliced version of other item sprites, with the bottom right part noticeably being the Compass, the bottom left being the Blood Bag, and the top half being Contract From Below. This may also be a reference to Undefined's sprite in the original The Binding of Isaac.

Remember, Hutts. NEVER enter a devil deal as the keeper. If it has a special item, it will lower the chances of getting another special item in the future, whether or not you took it.

I just totally finished the keeper, something i found very useful was self sacrifice rooms. dont pick up any coins until the end of the floor and use them all on self sacrifice.

I actually, legitimately wish that the 3DS version of Isaac got Greed Mode, the Keeper, and Hush. I can understand excluding some of the items and bosses, because they're pretty ridiculous and taxing on the game's engine, but I would love to see an expansion for the 3DS.

The method I used to beat Mega Satan as Keeper was to bomb pots in the basement for the swallowed penny then use a sacrifice room after getting a couple good items (for me it was Polyphemus/8 inch nails)

I found that the health down gives you a health up with the keeper, IF you have one health max,ie you've used a devil deal or already got a health down.
I tried it because if you got one health I was dead anyway so was curious

I know your struggles Hutts. Last two weeks I was trying to kill Delirium with Keeper, only thing that was left to do in the game for me. It was fucking painful. Several times when I finally got to the Delirium fight, it would just shit mom foot stomp me, teleport into me and other random RNG shit with no way to avoid damage. But finally made it 2 days ago. I think it took me about 100 runs with keeper just to take down Delirium. It was better feeling than having sex

Keeper is absolutely the worst character in the whole game. I managed to get everything done with the Lost, but Keeper? Not a single completion mark. Wish he was never added into the game, it's the only bloody thing left for me to get 1001%.

With keeper u have a bigger chance to get an angel room than with other characters on the first floor

did you just say that the keeper is pain? no sir, you dont know pain. pain is when you have every item unlocked and you have true platinum god and you only need to grab mega blasts to get 1001% but then your ps4 (i play on console) fucking overheats and factory resets. pain is when you go back to download isaac but then you realize that you bought it with an account that you forgot the password and email to. pain is realizing that you can't get 1001% without buying the game over again and realizing that you're forever stuck at one item away from 1001%. that is pain, true pain
