one mod idea i just had was to make it so the jera rune doubles all enemies/bosses making the room more difficult, but would also double room rewards so if you jera'd a boss you would have to fight double of it but you would get 2 item pedistals(4 if you have more options)

Hutts, sorry but my reddit doesn't work and i really badly want you to do my challenge: King of the flies
Every room is allowed, the only limitation are on trinkets and items
YOU cannot take any item witch isn't involved in the icon or in the usage with flies (example: guppys pieces are allowed, daddylonglegs is allowed, quadshot is allowed...)
YOU cannot take trinkets that don't spawn flies or spiders
YOU can take multipliers items like cricket head (but no reapers) and also goathead if you want to have a better chance to go to the devil for guppy
YOU cannot take any kind of familiar witch doesn't spawn flies or spider or isn't a fly or a spider
YOU can take bbf
YOUR damage must be based on the flies and for that you have to launch game with ipecac and one item of your choice (not piromaniac) that increases damage in cost of fire rate
YOU can choice a boss depending on the run between: ash, mega santa (blue baby if your run goes shit
BASE your gameplay on the flies and not on the tears. Modify the challenge if needed, i think you know more of the game than me
of course you can pick health ups (but only the organic ones)
