Great video, thanks! What do you mean by "knee inversion"?
Thanks, you are welcome. So knee inversion basically refers to the flex needed in the knee to assist mobility in the hips when rotating your upper body. Specifically during the backside bottom turn
But knee flex happens constantly in your surf stance. A big problem is not flexing the knee to face forward and ending up in a squat position which limits hip mobility
