Just started watching Ben, but got a little bit of information, which you may already know. Was watching another lorry video yesterday, and he had to use the services on the M6 Toll overnight. Apparently, you can park for free, and use of the toll road is also free, all you have to do is buy a £3.00 meal voucher, which gives you the coupon with a number to give at the barrier. Just press the button, and give the number to the person and they'll open the barrier for you to exit the toll road. I think it was the second or third video, so you can see it and take details, his name is Life of Darren. Coming back to your video Ben. Looking at the restaurants in the town, what me and hubby used to do was walk around the place, as the restaurants would normally be open from around 7:00pm, and look for the busiest as that one would have the better food and good prices🤣. Never failed us
Hi Ben just wanted to say hello it was me that beeped you on the m25 yesterday in the traffic I was in the big silver taxi, I spent many years in European haulage and very much enjoy your videos 👍🏻 keep up the good work
Hello Ben, spot-on vlog as usual. Don't forget though, most of us watching aren't European truck drivers, so getting on trains, ferries etc isn't boring to watch. Keep em coming I say 👍
Another great watch, can't fault it , did think for a while, have I missed a trick Ben the Breeze not broadcasting, and there you are back . Fantastic keep on vloging 🤠🏴✊👌
Another excellent video Ben. As for extra content, perhaps reversing onto a bay or doing a trailer swop ( unloading perhaps too squeamish for some lol). Just some ideas. Take care.
Any of the things you mentioned, ie setting the fridge, would be good to see, if you could manage to film them. Liking the vids, keep them coming. Cheers 🍺
Great video Ben do you think it'd be possible to put a little time stamp in the corner of the screen when you park up deliver and load etc so we can have an idea of what time of day or night your working entails 👍
Could you please show the working process in the warehouse, including pickup or delivery, and handling paperwork, for newly joined workers in the industry? Thank You
There is a traffic ban for trucks with a GVWR of more than 7.5 tonnes (except for special and farming vehicles) : on Saturdays from 10pm to 10pm on Sunday*, the day before a public holiday from 10pm until the following day at 10pm*, on public holidays on a Saturday, from 12am to 12am*, on Sundays before a public holiday, from 12am to 12 am*, on Sundays and public holidays (except for public holidays on Saturdays), from 12 am to 10pm*
Enjoyed the vlog. Just a question why do you have to pay to get into Rungis when it is their market and you're delivering their orders? Take care on those roads.
Thanks Stephen & I’m not really sure. It’s been a historic charge & as it makes them an enormous amount of money I guess they keep it in place. It’s common in markets, even the UK ones 🤦🏻♂️🤷♂️
Great video Ben. What date was that recorded. The reason i ask is i noticed a lot of traffic when you were getting off the boat....maybe some holiday or is it usually that busy....any how drive safe and i look forward to the next video....by the way Jenko is over here in Northern Ireland as i type this message 26/09/2024. I was going to try to meet him somewhere but the weather was terrible so i decided against it.
Every week we have to have 45hrs rest (off duty) but this can be reduced in certain circumstances but then needs paying back so it can catch up that you need 45+xx+xx etc. Good question though.
Ben, always a pleasure to ride with you!! Neatly done... great when things and places go well, or better than expected!!
Thank you Peter, pleasure to have you along.

I try to keep mentioning times of day in both UK or EU (mainly both) during each video.
Could you please show the working process in the warehouse, including pickup or delivery, and handling paperwork, for newly joined workers in the industry? Thank You
I’ll try but filming loading & delivery points is quite tricky. Paperwork is a good shout though 👍🏽
When doing trailer swapping can you show that please?
Good idea, I’ll pick up on that mate.
Nice Video. Can I ask, how many clicks has your trucks has done now ?
Just turned 10,000 miles 😀
Hi Ben great video as usual, could you clarify Sunday Ban in France does it include --25c frozen ? or just Fresh/chilled +2C plus times etc
There is a traffic ban for trucks with a GVWR of more than 7.5 tonnes (except for special and farming vehicles) :
on Saturdays from 10pm to 10pm on Sunday*,
the day before a public holiday from 10pm until the following day at 10pm*,

on Sundays and public holidays (except for public holidays on Saturdays), from 12 am to 10pm*
Hi, what food do you make to eat in the cab? Warren
Cereal for breakfast. Sandwiches & snacks during the day & microwave meals (mainly) at night unless I eat out.
Enjoyed the vlog. Just a question why do you have to pay to get into Rungis when it is their market and you're delivering their orders? Take care on those roads.

I can’t honestly remember but it was a while ago.
What's it mean by hours owing please.
Each week we have to have 45hrs rest BUT this can be “shortened” though the difference has to be made up later, hence “hours owing” 👍🏽
Not a trucker so could you explain in basic terms why you need a week off after so many hours ?
Every week we have to have 45hrs rest (off duty) but this can be reduced in certain circumstances but then needs paying back so it can catch up that you need 45+xx+xx etc. Good question though.
Christ mate, there are a lot more better jobs for you go to enjoy and just chill for a lot more money 👍👍🙏
It’s not all about the money bud. 😉
please clean your windscreen its anoying .
Apologies 😏
