Welcome to the Club bro, I own both a Red Model 3 and a Blue Model Y. I have driven from San Diego California to Miami & Key West Florida twice. 2.5 days to Miami. Love the ride. Lots of TH-cam content on these Bad Ass car.
Be careful with the self driving. A friend of mine's hubs got a tesla and tried it and it came very close to getting them in a bad accident on the Interstate. BTW......the dog jumping out of that doghouse was the greatest😵😂😵

Hey Dev, when I was there a months back my friend came down from Jacksonville for a visit and driving around Orlando and out to Daytona in Tesla was very cool. I was really impressed on the way back from Daytona with how well self drive in a Tesla really works. Plus how many Tesla superchargers where around when you needed a charge.
My Realtor in Las vegas took me around with her Tesla X nice car. The only bad experience she had was going from Las Vegas to California it maps your route but the first charging station she had to wait over 2 hours then charge her Tesla there was a line of cars waiting to charge.
Bianca don’t be afraid of cast iron! It is amazing and the more you use it the better it gets! I have pans that belonged to my grandmother that I use all the time. Just don’t wash them with detergent or dish soap! And don’t put them in the dish washer. Both will ruin the seasoning. Wash them in hot water and then put a light coating of cooking oil in them to store them. If you clean them that way then the seasoning will last.

I love the fact that you guys do not have the Joe Jackson complex and your daughter in front of the camera especially if she 's not ready. Dev you had me grabbing my heart with that self drive Tesla. Tesla is great. I've noticed one of the most remarkable capabilities it currently has is how fast it can respond to urgent braking needs. If it detects danger, it will sound a tone and apply the brakes faster than a human can respond.

I'd love to see you do FSD to Epcot ALOT. I got mine in December (2023 Model Y). I live in Brooksville, and my drive is too chaotic to use FSD. I have phantom breaking on Route 50 and the construction on the turnpike makes it very weird with the lines on the freeway. So I'd love to see more from your point of view. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TELL PEOPLE YOU NEED YOUR HANDS ON THE WHEEL. People are stupid and crazy now.

Enjoyed your Tesla update. As a 3yr owner of a standard range Model 3 I have to take issue with yourclaim of 300 mile range. We just returned from a 600 mile road trip and we are essentially recharging every 125 - 150 miles. Sure, driving around town and charging overnight at home 200plus miles are possible. But at highway speeds and the dirty details of supercharger times a road trip always seems to be hunting for superchargers every 125 -150 miles. That said, the Supercharger network is head and shoulders above any other alternative. If you are considering an EV and are planning on road-trips you should be looking at Tesla only. It totally rules the charging network. They are typically hidden from view from ICE drivers but they are extensive. While stopping every 150 miles can be a pain I never worry about range anxiety.
Yup and nothing but the S say they'll do 400 miles. I'm taking my first long trip (Florida to Baltimore) in September so I'll be interested at how the mileage works.

I'm over here wondering how people are not excited about not having to go to the gas station and especially self driving. Ok the center screen when you were at the light waiting, I noticed on the left of the screen it was showing all of the cars passing by and pulling up next to your Tesla, that was cool as heck. The radar or lidar on the Tesla is amazing.

We have owned a Tesla for 4 years. We have not used the self-drive, but we did play with summon while in my daughter large driveway. It's kind of spooky to see your car move and you aren't inside. I don't think self-drive cars are going to be really safe till the majority of cars are self-driven. There are just too many people actually driving their cars that aren't doing it in a safe manor. I hate it when our car sends out a warning blast...and there isn't anything around us. My husband loves the fact that software updates happen overnight while the car is sitting in your garage or driveway.
So excited for October, we.will be in new Hampshire from the UK I hope I don't see too many self driving cars there, freaked me out just a little 😂 the future is here!

Have you had any problems with phantom breaking or the windshield wipers going off like crazy when it’s not raining (the wipers we think it’s the street lights at night that cause this)?
I'd be interested in the impact charging your Tesla has on your energy bill. We had a first generation Chevy Volt and our bill went up so much if wasnt worth it. I would imagine things have improved but would like to know how long the battery last and at what cost. Also, if its not a hybrid you are definitely not going to drive through a lot of areas and find charging stations.

We LOVE our Tesla! We subscribed to FSD for two months on our road trip from Northern Ohio to Orlando. It’s too slow at times making up its mind.

I’ve had no issues with those. I actually think the Tesla drives a little bit better at night.
