Epigenetics, the Mind, Subconcious Beliefs, Self Love, Human Potential
    Summary:
Sitting down with today’s guest has been a long-time dream of mine, and I feel so honoured to be able to share this conversation with you. Bruce H. Lipton, Ph.D., cell biologist and lecturer, is an internationally recognized leader in bridging science and spirit. In this episode, Bruce talks about perception as the primary mechanism that controls biology, and I can promise you you're in for a fascinating episode!
Bruce was on the faculty of the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine and later performed groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University. He is the bestselling author of The Biology of Belief, The Honeymoon Effect, and co-author with Steve Bhaerman of Spontaneous Evolution. In 2009, Bruce received the prestigious Goi Peace Award (Japan) in honor of his scientific contribution to world harmony.
    Discover:
    * Bruce’s groundbreaking stem cell research that helped create the modern science of epigenetics (i.e. the idea that how you see life is how your biology will respond)
    * How 95% of the time we operate from the subconscious beliefs that were programmed in childhood
    * The impact on your life, relationships and biology when these programmed beliefs are critical and unsupportive
    * How to discover what subconscious programs you’re running
    * Three practical ways to reprogram your subconscious mind to replace the disempowering beliefs and begin living a happier and healthier life

This should be taught in every school class in the World. It would completely revolutionise human society. Of course, those in control don't want that.

You are creating that belief. The only reason it’s not taught is because Wisdom comes from self experience. Knowledge plus experience is Wisdom and experience comes after changing belief programs.

I loved this video. I was lucky. I was dyslexic and my mother and father gave up on me so I crossed out all their values or most of them and I have a much better life today than my brother who internalized all those world war II and depression era / Catholic values. I'm excited to try Energy Psychology to get even better.

Dr. Lioton’s talk is always the same and I have watched so many videos with different interviewers. And I have found you are the best. Nobody else can wait until Dr. Lipton finishes his talk but you can. That’s why the interview became so beautiful. Authenticity, you gave him,is the best gift we can give to the others. Dr. Lipton looked so happy about the time with you.

Interesting that Rudolph Steiner wrote around the 1920's that our blood is our unique image of ourselves, since then there have been examples of those being given the blood or tissue of a donor acquiring the skills or interests of the donor! Your petrie dish experiment? Our blood is the environment that governs our being.

Think of it like “fake it till you make it.” Find something that brings you joy or happiness - even JUST A BIT. and encapsulate that feeling in your body, while making the statements. Without emotion should eventually lead to being able to embody it - however when we’re not happy, saying we’re happy is a lie - however finding even the smallest thing can help us begin to access it more and more. As the saying goes, “what we appreciate, appreciates.” Taking control of our mind and directing our attention to the positive when it’s accustomed to the negative is intentional and focused work! Sending you lots of love!

You know, some cultures have a tradition of putting a late-stage pregnant woman into a calm space outside of normal activity. For wealthy women in the middle ages, this was called the lying in period and it started about a month before delivery, but in other places, it might be the whole third trimester or even all of the pregnancy.
It is assumed this was only done to try to keep the woman from going into pre-term labor. But now that delivery is relatively safe thank to modern medical treatments, people think most women can work up until they go into labor.
But it's sounding like there is a benefit to the baby as well if the mother is calm in late-stage pregnancy.
It's known that women who are under a lot of stress/fear (such as during times of war) miscarry baby boys more often than when they are not stressed. So there's already an established link with stress having an effect on a pregnancy.

I believe this is all true. However, we all have this ability and if there are limited resources, your wishes will be in competition with others. For example 2 people competing for 1st place in a bowling match. They’re both at the top of their game and so very confident in their ability, but there can only be one in 1st place, the other will walk away the loser.
