In general bread pack contains 10 to 12 pieces nd expiry to be eaten within 2 to 3 days. With a nuclear family of 2 to 3 persons, most of it has to be thrown out as ur suggestion is not to eat not more than a loaf. As a dietician, your advise should have been more focussed.
Simple solution आहे ह्याचा. Just freeze the remaining bread instead of throwing it away or जबरदस्ती खाणं.
