This place would be stellar with Hunter Douglas Duette Honeycomb shades on all windows. Definitely cool the rooms down and make every room look sharp and neat
Gotta help families move from one home to another. Gotta guide people through complicated legal procedures and wordy contracts with terms and conditions most people don't know until they are in the process. Gotta call trusted contractors to deliver services on time. Gotta research day and night for changes at the federal, state & city and county level. Gotta educate ourselves through accredited programs. Gotta build systems and fund staff to support our clients at the highest level. Gotta deal with over simplified comments that ignore the entirety of a real estate transaction.
That townhome is not worth all that money you kidding me attached to others homes for that kind of money. This state is ridiculous with these home prices.
Love the great presentation of this property. However, this is maybe a starter family home that can actually afford this price point or for an investor offering cash. Definitely not for the older generation. I remember when this first came on the market, the price point was in the high 300k to 400k. Prices nowadays are getting crazy.
You had me until I heard there’s no bedroom or bath on the ground level. And having to get HOA approval just to put in a 1/2 bath downstairs, which is only ok'd for medical necessity? Yuck. What about the HOA just approving a bathroom because it's a human necessity, and when family, guests, or I eat by the kitchen/dining area downstairs, we have to go sooner or later!
Don’t get me started on HOA. I own one in Ocean Point. Can’t even add garden bed rocks without HOA approval. Found out the hard way. Spent $1k and had to remove it all….just because it was natural limestone, and not red/black lava rock.
I hate HOA. They have too much power over an owners home. I had to tear down my full privacy vinyl fence because it wasn’t the lattice kind….that isn’t full privacy. Talk about the biggest bullshit in the world.
Townhome for that price ? You guys are OUT OF YOUR MINDS
I love your natural dialogue.
Mililani and Mililani Mauka are my dream destination. Have a long way to go tho.
You just brought on a flood of childhood memories when you were touching the sleeping grass! 😂

Awesome video
Gotta make that $37000 commission! You’ll reap what you sow. Bachi for you.

I say main bedroom. I always thought master bedrooms had an en suite. but a main can be with or without
The video said maintenance fee lower than North Pointe. But how much exactly? Can you disclose it?
@@ericmo9669 shoot I don’t have it in front of me but I’m pretty sure it’s under $600. Let us know if you’re interested.
Townhome $750,000.00
This state sucks

How can I charge my Tesla here? Does the HOA allow for charger install?

Right. But does HOA allow charger installation?

Nice but too tight🥴. It looks stuffy even without the staging.
I say primary bedroom with an on suite bathroom😅.
