1 cup coconut milk
¼ cup water or coconut water
1 can condensed milk
2 whole eggs
½ grated cheese
2 tbsps. melted butter

Love, love, love this version. Just now having free time to catch up. Hello po mahal naming Chef. I love the great container idea for the pang jowa version. They will make great gifts with festive ribbons and bows. I will also make this recipe using my whimsical mini le fleur Le Creauset ramekins and mini tomato and pumpkin Staub cocottes... to serve for the pangsarili version. This is so easy to follow and cassava is almost no. 1 rootcrop in Africa so there is never lack of cassava in my grocery stores 🥰. I delayed my R&R so I can spend Christmas in the Philippines. Got the Stellenbosch and rare colorful wooden cooking utensils, among others ready for that special someone 😂 and my future kitchen. Thank you po Chef for taking the time to produce/share awesome and delicious videos. Your channel is my therapy from the day-to-day demands of very demanding high profile folks. I just wanted to share this. I'm really inspired by chef rv's recipe. Since I saw this video on how to make a cassava cake or pudding, everything changes. Glad to know that cassava does not need to squeeze the juice. Most of the videos I have watched telling to squeeze the juice because of the cyanide in it. Next time I will make Bibingka Cassava I will follow your recipe. Thank you for tutorial.

You have to remove the middle root like part of cassava which is poisonous. Be careful.
I thought if you don't squeeze the juice from the cassava, it will be bitter? Is that true?
