6:51 - Using a Vivobook S15 OLED 2023, and yes, the plastic frame padding does come off a bit. I think it is a wider issue, however i pressed it back into shape. But yes, the issue is I think more common than ASUS would like to mention.
Hello bro
I too am using Asus OLED laptop. But the screen is flickering
Do you have the same problem?
@@Josf-xz3hw Does the screen seem to flicker when you are on battery and viewing content which is lower than 1080p? If yes, then that issue is due to the screen refresh rate not being 120Hz while viewing certain content on certain resolution. You can try a workaround by disabling GPU rendering in browser.
Yes ... I also have screen flickering, especially while watching videos.. @@Josf-xz3hw
Same issue my ASUS laptop also, performance is good, but body is weak.
@@praveenverma2321 yes mate. The although the hinge is good, the lid feels weak when it is all the way down shut. I don't know why. Other than that, the rest of the body seems sturdy in my product.
new viewers : nice honest review really value for money laptop
OG viewers : another sponsered video
Sponsored nhi hai Bhai

Title: best affordable gaming laptop, display spec: 60hz OLED 😃
Bro oled is expensive if you want 120hz then go for LCD 45% NTSC
Then why are they mentioning gaming laptop? Gaming laptops dont come with 60hz
@@Dontknow170 bro knowledge na ho to comment na krna better hota, title ke basis pe ye laptop bilkul bhi justify ni krta khud ko isi range isse far better gaming laptop miljayega easily pr ek gaming laptop me atleast 120hz display hona chahiye hi chahiye 60hz se kuch ni hota
@@priyanshusharma1812 that's my point ☝️
We can play normal games bro
Trust me don't buy Vivobooks for gaming. Thermals are very bad further you'll get motherboard issues due to excessive heat. Just buy them for normal usage

Watching from the same laptop bought in December 2023, I've had no issues in terms of performance, build, and overall experience. First, I don't use it as a gaming laptop. My primary uses are graphic designing, and the OLED screen helps me in this regard. Next, the coding RAM management is good, along with other college-related tasks. The downside is the speaker, which is located below the body. They highlighted Harman/Kardon, but the sound is very basic. This is the best laptop with OLED, good battery life (almost 7 months of use with no battery drain issues; many times I carry the laptop without a charger), and a dedicated graphics card, which helps me run all graphic designing tools easily. The webcam and Wi-Fi are good, meeting my basic needs. If you compare the specs of this laptop with others, the price will be higher. Some have no OLED, and some have no dedicated GPU. If you are looking for a laptop with good performance, the best screen, and lightweight design, this is for you.
how much did it cost? i am considering buying a laptop for multitasking purpose. would you say that it would be a good choice? any suggestion would be helpful for me . thanks

Hey, really enjoying the channel.
I was on the lookout for a decent gaming laptop for my nephew and was wondering where the best place to get one is. I have been seeing some really bad reviews on buying electronics from Amazon and Flipkart, as there can be issues with the warranty.
Speaking of gaming + productivity laptops, how about a video on Hp transcend 14, Asus zephyrus 14(2024), etc.?
Are OLED screens safe for laptops? I mean there are various elements in windows that stay on the screen like the taskbar, won't they get burned in after long use?
they have some software features in which the stationary icons move a very little bit to prevent pixel burn
OLED screens are MVP's but whatabout the drawbacks in long run like OLED screen burning after a couple of years, expensive in replacing the screen etc.
Does this work well while running a coding software like c++ or python and is it well to use for a computer sci student
2:24 he is summoning Linus in to his body to drop things 😂😂😂
I have been using this laptop for almost a year and there are some issues with this
1. While watching videos in HDR mode it over saturates the colours especially watching TH-cam in default small mode and also while using the other apps like pot player to watch movies in very quality like 4k or HDR
2. This device doesn't have an RJ45 jack to connect it with an ethernet cable and you have to rely on an external dongle or dock which isn't able to give full speed as per the internet plan
3. If you are using a hotspot in this laptop then the hotspot will automatically turn off even though your device is connected and also turn off automatically even if you have disabled battery saver settings within windows hotspot settings. I have contacted the Asus service centre and for sometime this problem is solved but now it again started so again i will contact them.
I do have this laptop with 144hz display and 2050(they almost perform same due to getting same tgp) first yes this is a very good laptop for students as it covers almost everything you may need and no i did not get this problem of plastic coming off
Do you think Apple will have “back to school” offer this year (*not unidays*)? I’m planning to buy the mac air so shud i wait🤷♂️?
Samee question
Try reviewing Asus Rog flow x13 and cover topics like heating and fan sound etc
Please give a review on Acer Swift Go 14 EVO OLED Intel Core i5 13th Gen 13500H which is lightweight and a powerful processor under 60000
I have assus tuff series laptop, its screen border tears apart too when the the laptop gets hot because of gaming. The glue under it is visible which is kind of melting around that area. So its the problem with the built quality of all assus laptops i guess.
The same laptop but with different features which I got for 55k
The difference were
Processor - Ryzen 7 5800HS
Graphics: 2050
Camera - 1080p
Msi laptops also have nice specs so I would say go for that since there is not much price difference
U can cover the msi crosshair next in my pov
yes even I faced the same issue with frames but on left and right side of the screen (asus vivobook 16x)
Acer aspire 7 rtx 3050 for 55 way better deal , i think asus is more
creators focused
Edit :- also in this price you will mostly play vlaorant cs go gta 5 minecraft and stuff which cab run on 144 hrz , also some demanding games such as rdr2 , cyberpunk will run better on acer the heat management is also somewhat similar , NOTE :- U MAY GET MORE BATTERY IN ACER , if you are a collage student then both the acer and asus are good acer for gamers and asus for video editing and ps stuff cuz of display
Last time he told in Asus vivobook 15 oled laptop AMD 7 7730u variant having over saturated colors in display and he twite through asus software for accurate colour, so what about here? In this laptop does all oled Asus laptop have same issue??
My friend's asus laptop also has that frame coming out problem
Pls make another video for a laptop under 75k with good things that r missing in this laptop like 120/144hz display, speaker problem, charging type-c, 1080p webcam and pls it have i5 H series processors with at least RTX 2050
Can u review Lenovo yoga pro 7 with that new amd ryzen 8845 hs at 1.2 l appx for the top spec
Is it Asus vivobook 15 ? Can you mention the model ?
Strictly for gaming is it better to buy this or an gaming handheld like Steam Deck or ROG Ally?
Type c charging, more portable than the laptop
Agreed the performance won't be the same
If you're going for gaming only and portability then go for gaming handheld consoles(rog ally or steam deck) whichever one is best for you.
I'm using the same laptop ....and it works super cool i bought it for 65k wd 144hz lcd last year....its a good choice for students like i am
The laptop is decent, makes a lot of compromises while providing an OLED display and dedicated graphics. But definitely not the best one in this price, you can get better options if you choose laptops primarily for editing and work stuff, and light wt gaming
Which laptop?
I just ordered Acer Swift Go 14 Oled i5 13500H yesterday.....its not yet delivered...can you please tell if its better or should I cancel and order asus one ?
Don't cancel! That's a way better all round laptop with a much better metallic build, a newer and faster processor and possibly better warranty too if I'm not wrong

I recommend this to one of my friend who is in CSE and he loved it. according to code runs smoothly. The frame that is coming out is a big issue
I had asus vivobook that was around 70k and after 2 years its side bezzel of screen started coming out and after a couple of days its locks also breaked down

What is us the name of the laptop?
The biggest issue with Asus laptop is that the power button is with the keyboard panel and not separately kept. So, once the power button fails, you can't turn it on or remap it. Have to replace the entire panel which is too expensive.
why tf would it fail
