Thanks for the comment! Yes, I do the writing, filming, narrating, sound and editing. Please stay tuned for three more "Canadian reptiles at risk" species profiles this year. Thanks again!
Those videos are insane! I just found A bunch of eggs and saved them because a farmer was going to kill them. The mother was huge! Thick! I’m waiting for them to hatch, one has so far
I agree. These are being produced for governmental agencies in Canada to replace written material on our Species at Risk (for schools). It's difficult to touch on all of the salient points while keeping it under our time limit. I am hoping that the short length lends itself well for multiple viewings whenever someone wants a refresher for a particular species.
This makes sense. Wildlife conservation is a necessary but at times melancholy task in the modern world. Habitat destruction and wanton mistreatment of wild animals are a problem everywhere that humans have chosen to live.
great video! we used to see fox snakes along the niagara parkway in the 1970s between niagara-on-the-lake and queenston heights. check out my northern water snake vid!
I love it

This includes a lot of information in a short video. I had to watch it again.
Western Fox Snakes are common in central Wisconsin. Their spots are more numerous
& smaller than the Easterns. Otherwise the look the same.
