You know that little blue emblem on the side of your Corning Ware cake dish? I’m 56 years old & I remember seeing that on a lot of my moms cookware when I was just a little kid! It’s been around awhile!
Have a great time with all your celebrations! This was a blast from the past. I remember when the syrup came in a can, my brothers and I would fight over who got to lick out the can. And Lord, Oleo....forgot about that stuff, it came looking like lard and with the packet of yellow stuff you had to mix into it. Was my job to mix it together, always seemed like it took forever.
My best girlfriend when she was a kid was sent to the store to get some items her mom wrote on a list. Her mom had oleo on the list and she came home with oreos. Lol
