I use to I guess do a deep conditioning as well just in a different way. I washed, condition and placed a plastic cap on my head but I let it set on my head for 15 mins til an hour sometimes longer then rinse it out. I also did an hot oil treatment afterward each time I washed my hair. It worked and I need to get back into it. Thanks for the reminder.
