My daughter's hair was matted and I thought there was nothing to do but cut it. This was the first video I found on how to detangle hair. I followed the instructions in this video and purchased the Aussie 3 min detangling conditioner. WOW!!!!! IT WORKS!!! I was able to detangle her hair so quickly, just as this video. Thank you so much for sharing this with us. It was a game changer. God Bless.

I have been using Aussie for a while now, and I was so surprised (but happy) when she said it’s the best hair product! I definitely agree, it works like MAGIC. Yes, it’s still a bit frustrating when I comb my hair. That will never stop. But Aussie makes combing so much easier. It’s like putting on conditioner without even having to take a shower. Of course, there’s also the conditioner. But I personally usually use the de tangled spray. I definitely also recommend it to any one else out there with hair that gets tangled very easily (like mine).
This video saved my life today and more importantly my daughters! Im a father/barber and my daughter is 6 years old with extremely curly hair. Every time her mom does her hair she cries bloody murder. For that reason her mom doesn’t wash her hair for weeks sometimes and i hate seeing my little girls hair dirty and knotted, so i took it upon myself to start doing her hair and although it’s been less painful for her when i do it, it can still be better and i have no clue about woman’s hair. So i looked up how to detangle extremely curly hair and came across your video. I followed your instructions to the best i could, and let me just say this was the first time my daughter didn’t scream about how much it hurts her. A couple ouches here and there but so many levels better than before. What was once a 4 hour job for me went down to 2 hours. Im sure ill get better at it but for now, THANK YOU SO MUCH!! 🙏🙏🙏 Please make more videos about how you do your hair. Anything helps. Like how you wrap it up at night, how you dry it, how often to wash it, maybe even how to put it a nice bun… 🤷♂️ All i now if you just gained another follower. Thanks again 🙏

Love this! I'm a father with a daughter with really thick curly hair and I do my best but always looking for "healthy" tips and this helped a lot I also ordered these products right off amazon. Growing up black everything was heavy-handed detangling and leaving hair in dry braids for weeks, etc. So personally, some don't give good advice, but some take care of their hair in healthy ways that I prefer and think black hair should be taken care of in. Thanks again!
Somebody recommended your detangle video and I'm so glad they did. You saved me so much time and mistakes. I love the Aussie 3 minute miracle and it really did its thing today. Thank you so much!!!❤😊
Just did this method and it worked like a charm!! In 20 mins my hair was soft and detangled! My store didn’t have the Aussie she used but I bought the regular conditioner, the large tub for only 9 bucks and my 2 week old matted bun melted!
Truly, a game changer my hair is super nappy and matted after about three days but yet I can walk into a hair salon and just get a blow drive straight and you can’t even notice that my hair is curly Caribbean women problems. This is definitely a game changer. Thank you for this
Thank you! I have been trying to untangle my hair all day. My head hurts so badly I was getting ready to shave it all off. Thanks again for the advice.
I love the three minute miracle product. I have for years. Works like a charm and my hair is not curly like yours but I still get a ton of tangles because it’s so pin straight. My daughter has hair like yours and so does my sister though and they both use it. Works beautifully and your hair is gorgeous. Thank you for telling others❤❤
Girl your video was right on time. Life got crazy past few days and I neglected my natural hair and it became a dry matted mess . I going out right now to Walgreens to get the Aussie product you suggested. Thank you for tips and telling it just as it is.
I love you so much right now!! I am Irish with red hair the natural texture of black hair and THIS is the BEST method to get it done. Thank you SO much!!!!! ❤❤❤ .
This video was SO needed right now. I was getting frustrated today, went and bought something for detangling and ran across this video. I appreciate the call-out about we let it get this way in that all week bun so take the time to take it out. I laughed as my scrunchie was also tangled in my hair.

QUUEEENNN! Thank you a million times for this extremely helpful video. I’ve watched tons of of others that have shown the process but not in the same detail as you described here. My hair is very fine just because of genetics from my dad’s side. So detangling can become very difficult and damaging. Thank you for explaining the reasoning behind leaving the twists in while shampooing. I’ve seen it done plenty of times but you saved the day by explaining the benefit. I was seeing way too much shedding while shampooing after detangling. You da best! 💖💖💖
You saved me girl. Thank you so much. I’m so embarrassed to admit it but I’m t,ended headed and every time I get my hair done I cry crocidile tears. Thank you so so so so so muchhh!

I just took out my faux locks, and my hair was so matted! I was so worried because it’s been about a month, I had dust particles and product build up. I started off detangling on dry hair and immediately felt discouraged. I came across your video tried your method (except I drenched my hair with my shower head) and wow my hair was silky. Smooth in in a matter of minutes thank you so much❤
My new fav TH-camr!!! I Had a hard time finding someone with my hair type so glad I found you!! I love the aussie line I use the moist hydration oil and leave in conditioner. Being bi racial my white mother didn't really show me or even know how to properly care for my hair. @kstar5398 my niece is just about to be 13 and I keep telling my sister the same thing. She needs to learn or she's never gonna do it her self. Well here's auntie watching videos so I can teach her. I have no clue how to take care of curly hair cause mine has been stick straight and thin my whole life. So wish us luck, we gonna be trying this and braids. I really give all you ladies with thick curly hair some props cause the shit is so time-consuming and hard but looks beautiful when it's done!
Thank you thank you for this video. Life saver. I used it and it was so easy to detangle my natural hair. So soft . Love the Aussie product. Thanks for sharing. God bless you❤
Thanks for this. I moisturized my hair with water and then applied 4 drops of L'Oreal Paris detangler serum for each section. Then I combed through my fingers and then used a comb. Then applied coconut oil while there was a slight moisture in the hair as it got absorbed quickly. After drying, it is so shiny.
Im a father of 2 little girls and I'm trying to learn how to maintain their thick long hair. Any more vids with good contents like this would be very helpful
Thank you for this. I remember both of my daughters' hair being like this and me being overwhelmed because I'm not good at doing hair but instinctively I started using water and conditioner (especially on the tender headed one) and it worked wonders. Years later, now that I've been natural for almost 20 years I still get lazy and feel overwhelmed with my hair, but your video was very helpful. It also motivates me to avoid letting it get out of control in the first place but at least I know there's hope if I do slip.
Tysm my hair is just like yours I have been neglecting it for a long time I'm so happy to try this out it looks so easy I'm tired of letting my hair get a mess
Thank you for sharing this method. I have to admit I'm really bad at detangling, I normally just.....skip it or do it in the shower which of course is breakage city because I'm in a rush. I live in the Southwest and we're going through a megadrought, so water conservation is extremely important for me. I like this method because it's not done in the shower where you're literally just wasting water. I also love the tip about shampooing with the twists in! Never thought to do that but i'm going to try, since shampooing always seems to cause more matting! Thank you so much for the awesome detangling tutorial and help!
I ❤️ Aussie hair products!! I use this same conditioner & totally relate bc I throw my hair in a pony/bun on the reg. Bc it’s thick & just too much sometimes…it’s been DRY & damaged for a while BUT I’m doing much better dealing w/wash day stress! Thank you so this vid!!!
Thanks for this video! I’ve dealt with so much breakage from detangling the wrong way. I’m going to start doing this from now on. And work towards rebuilding my Long thick hair back.
Thank you thank you thank you! I have been wetting it and using conditioner but it still takes forever. I don’t have the right detangling brush you have. Will have to look for yours.
Thank you. I needed help for a developmentally disabled woman. Hahaha... She's a new in my life so I didn't cause the problem yet I do appreciate your help.
OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!! I use water already but I never thought to take the time and actually rub it into my hair like that. I had 3 big knots and they're all gone now thank you so much!!! I was only half way through the video and my hair was already detangled and i have black people hair so it's difficult, I will remember this everytime I do my hair now ❤❤❤❤!
lol... yes this happens with my ponytail holder .....can so relate .. ...man 3 years natural the relationship is getting better ........thanks for sharing gonna try the aloevera juice

Honestly as a young man with a mother with straight hair and a sister who doesn’t bother to teach me about curly hair (only when she feels like it) your amazing ❤
Thank you so much! I can't tell you the amount of times I've broken the bristles on my brushes from trying to brush my hair over and over again. And my hair is basically wavy but in coils.
Thank you so much I love this video am definitely using this method today my hair is all ways tangled and matted down after a twisted out or wash day I will be doing all these amazing tips and you hair is beautiful keep up the good work.🥰🥰🥰
I had let my hair get two knots that were under a layer of my hair because it was straight but I was being dumb and let it get knotted and luckily it isn’t matter but I needed something to brush it out, thank sm❤
I followed your recommendation re: the aussie products......they worked sooo well. Your video was super helpful for me to be able to take out my niece's knots.
I tried this method, thinking it would work for me after reading all the comments. Never again! My hair hated it and rejected it so damn fast. It left my hair feeling like straw and all dried out. My hair is probably more tangled now. But thought I'd let anyone else know that your hair might not like certain promising products and that's okay! Just gotta find what works for you
Yesss,,! When my hair locks any any any water will make it shrink and tighten way worse. Just lock like a rock! Only lubricant serums and some oils put in then dried help even the rockets knots slip out pretty essy# I take about ten days about one leisurely hour per day and the Bush can esse back out into strands especially if it has some big tight firm rock knots. Then if it's still like clouds the best thing for me can be to simply break into locks just nice fluffy fuzzy cloud like fatty dreads. Y that point the strands just want to wrap around each other into nice fatty dreads. So why fight nature? Its do that and keep the golden lion mine or shave it. I'm caucasian with lot of heritage elements my hair can go from clouds to strands it can be the straightest and limpets fine hair to the strongest other end of the spectrum same as my cub but once it gets barbed up it isn't going back to silky strings without daily fight. So why bother. Lucky I love fatty dreads
Mielle is the product that worked for my son I haven't tried this method of detangling but I'm hoping it won't hurt my son as much he hates when I have to get his knots out he does a lot of swimming so the chlorine water doesn't help
omg... thank you sooooo much! My Daughter has hair very very similar to yours and i've been spending so much money to make it less of a war zone in my house on wash day! My daughter thanks you too!
Do sections wash 1 section at a time condition as u go then detangle as u do each section hella quicker n such a good feeling when it's wet n heavy conditioned n comb just sliiiides all out ..theraputic
Sooo funny.. this is exactly how my hair is when I let it go for a few days 😂😂.. I get so overwhelmed 😂😂 natural hair is WORK.. I’ll definitely try the Aussie and detangle brush..the denman works good to define curls but it’s rough trying to detangle with..thanks for the tips ❤
Was looking for ways to get out knots in my hair.. Def gonna try this.. You have beautiful hair 😍 I've Subscribed.. I'll be catching up on your channel.. Thank you 🌹❤🌹
Girrrrrrllll, I am so happy that I found you! My hair is exactly like this! I am about to cry, cut the carry on!! I don't want to cut my hair but dang, I used Stabilizer plus and let it sit all night! When it dried, I could have combed my hair out probably because it was super soft. Then I made a mistake of washing my hair in NONE moisturizing shampoo!! Why did I do that?! Now my hair feels like somebody put dried unseen bubble gum in my hair!!
Hi, I have 4C hair use this same conditioner and it would Never Ever untangle this MESS that way, it all depends on hair type I love my hair but if I dont use an oil as a prepoo b4 washing then its CURTAINS 🤭 thanks for sharing Mz JD

I find that finger detangling is actually more gentle than using a comb, it makes my curls look more defined too for some reason
Yes!
THANK YOU for this video!! My grandson who is eleven has long thick hair like yours. I will DEFINITELY do this process thanks again for sharing. 💯🙏👍😁💕
No problem ..would love if you subscribed and watched more 🥰
Thank you for sharing this method.
You’re welcome ☺️ hope you subscribe ❤️
I ❤️ Aussie hair products!! I use this same conditioner & totally relate bc I throw my hair in a pony/bun on the reg. Bc it’s thick & just too much sometimes…it’s been DRY & damaged for a while BUT I’m doing much better dealing w/wash day stress! Thank you so this vid!!!
No problem boo hope you subscribe and watch more☺️

You’re welcome 🥰 hope you subscribe for more

I followed your recommendation re: the aussie products......they worked sooo well. Your video was super helpful for me to be able to take out my niece's knots.
So glad 🥰 please subscribe and watch more
I tried this method, thinking it would work for me after reading all the comments. Never again! My hair hated it and rejected it so damn fast. It left my hair feeling like straw and all dried out. My hair is probably more tangled now. But thought I'd let anyone else know that your hair might not like certain promising products and that's okay! Just gotta find what works for you
what’s your hair type
How do i experiment without simply wasting my money?
Mielle is the product that worked for my son I haven't tried this method of detangling but I'm hoping it won't hurt my son as much he hates when I have to get his knots out he does a lot of swimming so the chlorine water doesn't help
My hair hates Austin moisturizing too
So glad to find your Channel. Definitely going out to buy this Product! 😉

Do sections wash 1 section at a time condition as u go then detangle as u do each section hella quicker n such a good feeling when it's wet n heavy conditioned n comb just sliiiides all out ..theraputic
Yes indeed🙌🏽 It’s a tedious yet rewarding process🌟
Sooo funny.. this is exactly how my hair is when I let it go for a few days 😂😂.. I get so overwhelmed 😂😂 natural hair is WORK.. I’ll definitely try the Aussie and detangle brush..the denman works good to define curls but it’s rough trying to detangle with..thanks for the tips ❤

I've been looking for a good detangler, I will try that thanks!💕
Girrrrrrllll, I am so happy that I found you! My hair is exactly like this! I am about to cry, cut the carry on!! I don't want to cut my hair but dang, I used Stabilizer plus and let it sit all night! When it dried, I could have combed my hair out probably because it was super soft. Then I made a mistake of washing my hair in NONE moisturizing shampoo!! Why did I do that?! Now my hair feels like somebody put dried unseen bubble gum in my hair!!
You’re hilarious lol. Give this a try and let me know.. hope you subscribe ❤️
Hi, I have 4C hair use this same conditioner and it would Never Ever untangle this MESS that way, it all depends on hair type
