I just ordered a similar truck. Love the set up. Did you have to do any modifications to the truck body on the flush fusions mounted on the wheel fender molding.
Really Depends on your state-I’d suggest consulting a lawyer, police officer, or prosecutor in your area. However, if you have them and you flick them on because you stopped to help after witnessing a wreck I’d say 9/10 times the cop won’t bug you over it. Hell I had red and white in the back of my old car and saw a nasty accident where the guy rolled completely over and was in and out of consciousness and bleeding from the forehead. I flicked my strobes on at the side of the road (left shoulder/median) and stayed with the guy til the troopers and rescue came. The state trooper didn’t even ask about my lights-just thanked me for stopping, calling it in, and staying with the guy; shook my hand and I went on my way. Since getting my new vehicle I just have amber now because I don’t want any trouble saying I’m impersonating or anything like that. Still haven’t had my balls busted over the amber (yet). I “can” get a amber light permit but don’t think it’s worth it because the local police chief and head of DMV have to ink the paperwork and it’s a real hassle. But no one really bugs you if you’re legitimately on the side of the road trying to help an injured accident victim or something like that.
