- This is a POV (personal owned vehicle) and not paid for by any of you (people crying about tax payer money) . This is one bad Raptor though!!! This one drove all the way from New Mexico to Houston TX to have us install the equipment!!

It's more than likely a pov so it'll rarely get used for actual police work, cops usually outfit their own cars with police lights in case they are needed to respond to a high stakes emergency when they are off duty

So, some members part of reserve law enforcement (post certified unpaid law enforcement volunteers) such as members of a Posse, may be allowed to have a POV permitted as an authorized emergency response vehicles. Also, constables in some states or rural areas aren't provided an emergency vehicle by their governing body, making them fit their own vehicle for use.
@@JoeyH547 There are some places in the US that allow on duty cops to use their own vehicles like on the Big Island of Hawai'i. I think all the cops there are personal vehicles outfitted with blue lights. I've seen lifted trucks to Lancer Evos rippin up the mountain running code. It's definitely funny the first time you see it and hear it. I thought there was a police chase coming up the hill but it was just a police evo with an exhaust

Why would you tear the inside of vehicle to run wiring and not run wiring for future antennas ? Radio shop would appreciate it .

2. If there was, we would, if the customer supplied the coax or paid for it.
