Agree with this video. I read the interview and that woman basically twisted it. Sure her dress was plain, but the only one who has to like it is the bride
It's always terrible when a Christian woman has the gall to say she wants to be modest - had she been of any other faith, people would have had nothing but praise Also - girl got picked - why does she need to be pick me at her own wedding??
I was raised in a Christian home. I wouldnt go into church wearing a mini skirt or a plunge shirt. I have worn both, but never in church. Its a respect thing. As for a man liking a women who covers more, shows me he appreciates her as a person and not a sex object. IMO, if he LIKES you showing all that all the time, he isnt going to be there for the long haul.
My wedding dress was very like hers, only in Empire style. My mom was angry and said"It loogs like being pregnant" I laughed"They will see, when we will have a baby" 18 months went by!!
Yeah that lady got way too pressed. If you are a pageant girl, you don’t necessarily want your wedding dress to have the same vibe as your pageant gowns. Some brides want timeless/elegant others want trendy and some want the sex appeal. This isn’t anything new so I don’t get the hate here. Olivia doesn’t have to explain herself for her preference and reasoning behind it. She is fully entitled to however she wants to feel/look as a bride. Might as well attack her next for preferring to wed in a church because it’s shaming the brides who want to exchange vows skydiving.
Western society is completely clueless about the principle of modesty. At most it is regarded as an archaic virtue. There are plenty of in-depth descriptions of this principle in western religious scripture, but people are simply too lazy to look it up and comprehensively read about it. It's hard to do so since the subject is routinely ignored or harshly belittled at every angle. Westerners really have no way to reconciliate it to their lifetime experiences; it is missing completely from their educational and social experience backgrounds. That's why people have a sickening negative reaction to people who cover their heads as a personal religious discipline. I have seen the most conservative men, "C&W music only, the rest is mostly junk," who are probably somewhat intoxicated, drugged up, etc., physically attack these women. Even Amish women know to stay away from these so-called CONservative men who over identify with "redneck" culture. Try it, try to open a kitchen table discussion about modesty. It will be like an airplane taking a nose dive into the ground!
Just an observation its always the women that no man wants to marry, that hates on married women the most😂
