Years ago a mate increased the fuel into a 250 to make it go faster and seized the engine. He forgot about the heat.

That happened to me in 2006 when I fitted a larger carburretor.

Power without reliability isn't so smart, obviously.

You can’t really compress the air fuel mixture a lot more than the specifications of the engine tho. Since it’s a spark ignition engine, if you compress it more than the compression ratio allowed (typically 10) you’ll have premature ignition of the fuel which will damage the engine over time and you’re not even gonna get the performance you were getting before

There’s a reason they make the engine bigger when more power needed 😂

A benefit of dual plugs is when the other plug fails, you still have one. Another benefit is more efficient burning propagation, especially at higher RPM and especially for bored cylinders.

Better air-fuel-flow In, better exhaust out and lighter-exhaust-system. A Power-Commander or similar and change sprockets for more acceleration . All this is probably the cheapest power-gains . Real Power ? Buy a bigger-bike or have VERY DEEP pockets . Dave NZ

What if we increased the amount of fuel intake from a bigger carburetor, which exactly is responsible of burning it properly at the optimum state? Is it the spark plug or the ignition coil? That is my problem now with my 15cc bike,.. I install 57mm bore kit piston, 6,5mm lift cam, and a 8mm open carb.. but it over feeds.. a lot of white smoke coming out from the exhaust.. How can I resolve it? please advise.. thanks
