Full Recipe! Beef Short Ribs served over Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes.
Braised these beef short ribs in Carnivor Cabernet Sauvignon California 2020 red wine for almost 3 hours at 350 degrees. They came out amazing! Served over creamy yukon gold mashed potatoes and a sauce made from the juices the meat was cooked in. Fantastic! The flavor was on point!
