@@vanagoncaravelle8585 well I feel I need refuse collection. I could throw my rubbish in the street, but I happen to prefer a clean neighborhood. I feel I needed social care to help me look after my father when he was very elderly and disabled with Parkinson's. I was already looking after him the remaining 22 hours outside of carer visits and also all his affairs, but I suppose I could have given up the rest of my freedom, my business I loved and looked after him at home 24/7 and never got out of the house, never gone on holiday, never had any respite. I would also have had to claim benefits then and even more in 'the system' which I'm not keen on but that's just me. I also felt I needed my son going to school for the above reasons and because I didn't feel able to homeschooling him to A level standard in maths, computer science and business, but perhaps I should have just had a stab at it anyway..

I recently accompanied a friend to the Magistrates’ Court in relation to a hearing for a council tax liability order. Even though the council had behaved abysmally and failed properly to consider my friend’s correspondence in relation to an exemption he was claiming, he was basically told by the Magistrate that everything he said was completely irrelevant because all that really mattered was that a summons had been issued and that it was for the ‘correct’ amount. Friend: ‘Err…no, it’s not for the correct amount because the Council hasn’t awarded an exemption’. Magistrate: ‘That’s not something that the Magistrates’ court has any jurisdiction to consider’. This country has become an absolute farce - the Hearing was a joke because it wasn’t a ‘hearing’ - councils have carte blanche to do whatever they want.

The council tax scam is not actually heard in a court from what I have heard. The councils break the rules & serve notice themselves when they are not allowed to. Only a court can issue the summons . The hearing may be in the court building but it is not under their jurisdiction. I heard a very convincing argument about this scam but can’t remember the name of the guys who were fighting it. I’m sure it’s on one of Richard’s interviews though.

Been on this path since about 2010 back in the days of the legendary John Harris bless his soul. My son is 11, homeschooled since forever, my daughter is 18months and we got to 1 year without registering the birth, then council started getting heavy, murmurs of social serv etc. Did know someone who had their child force registered by the state (long story). Was a very long visit to registry office, walked out the first time as they wouldn't let us sign all rights reserved and they wouldn't allow us to cross out informant and put executor. Second visit we decided to sign under duress and spoke to general reg office. Managed to sign all rights reserved. We were about to move off grid so we could have just disappeared. Have the whole system based on values not politics. If it's not good for all of us it's not good at all. All major decisions get voted on like border control or fracking or netzero.. remove corporate and especially banking interests from the equation.

As a South African we had a group that dug very deeply into this locally. Fact, when you are in Court the first questions are "state your name and I.D. number." Moment you do that you are literally toast, you are in their domain. We have had success here with folks getting into trouble for instance with threats of eviction from their homes due to bonds on the homes and circumstances that changed in their lives such as redundancy, unemployment etc. After research a list of questions were prepared for the owners of the homes concerned to ask in Court. As a rule all hell breaks loose. The key? STAND YOUR GROUND in HONOUR. The cases eventually gets thrown out, the home owners keep their homes. Funny thing? It NEVER gets media exposure. The scam is always inter related and leads back to the birth certificate when you as an innocent newborn CEASES to be a "human."

So are we saying that every single one of us should register a company that pays council tax, utilities etc. on our behalf. Then if that company is unable to pay the bills then it is the company that defaults not ourselves? Therefore we cannot be held responsible for non payment only the company?

Absolutely wonderful guest , who is taking us on
a journey of enlightenment, so that we better

What I’ve done is conditionally accepted their fines on the conditions under the provisions of UCC 2 - 207 (2) (c). When you conditionally accepting a fine you are re-iterating the terms of the contract and telling them what terms and conditions need to be met in order for you to execute the contract as the payee. If they cant meet the terms of the contract they have voided it. Ask them to provide a royal warrant issued by the crown appointed governor general (which they cant do) ask them how you can lawfully pay the amount since only gold and silver are constitutionally recognised forms of lawful money and any other number of terms and conditions they need to meet in order for you to lawfully pay the alleged debt. Tell them as your public servant they are required to respond in substance within a time frame of your choosing (7 days) if they don’t respond in substance and don’t respond in time they have voided the conditions of the contract. From there-on forward you no longer have to open their letters of harassment. When you open a letter you ‘claim’ the contact. Here in Australia most envelopes have a small print at the top of the envelopes stating: “if not claimed return to this address:” so just don’t ‘claim’ it! Simply scrub your name off the envelope with a marker so the post man cant return it to your address, write in red pen on the front of the envelope: “I do not recognise you, I do not understand your intent, I do not wish to contract with you, I do not have an international treaty with you, record for mail fraud, no contract, return to sender, without prejudice, UCC 1 - 308” they wont stop sending you mail but you never have to ‘claim’ it. What’s in that envelope isn’t addressed to you. It’s addressed to the State owned estate under your all caps name which is personage.

Thank you Richard and Stewart for your hard work, I'm on my own journey to sovereignty. Stewart is right when he says each journey is unique, and yes off grid is a route to freedom, in exploring how to disentangle yourself you learn a lot. After my discovery of the "Strawman", as its also known, and being in the worst possible situation disabled and trapped in the system, I began a journey of exploration in 2018 on how to gain freedom, so I found people who were aware locally and began a journey of acquiring knowledge, TV licence was first, I dont break any of the rules when it comes to viewing, im really happy about not being programmed 😂. For me the route is through community, and I was surprised at how many people are of the same view, so working with a few and learning to become food sufficient. I've also digested the planning regulations for one of our projects so I know exactly what Stewart means when he says you have to have a good understanding, or in a community that does at the very least.

@@jellytot9838 it's not easy as you know but it's all about the courts to gain jurisdiction, without this the courts cannot move but as you are aware there are pitfalls and to declare executorship in the legal fictional estate you need to be well versed to understand fidiciary responsibilities and this is why it was a general chat, I can assure you that I would only seek to inform through experience to which I can write a book as my story is remarkable. The legal system is in of itself easy to take in so long as you know the rules of engagement, you cannot play football with no boots on. Sorry it was vague but it is so important to be methodical to give all an opportunity to learn. Many people are at different levels but all deserve an opportunity. Once information is enlightened to you and learned, you really cannot go back as you look at life indeed lots of events differentlyespecially the pseudo, legal system as complete deception and surprisingly I believe that the average man or woman can and will be able to digest the information and reveal the mask and cloak and view that you only need to respond to any complaint, everything even invoices are a complaint in the legal fictional title, not you. Please follow and patience is the key, I can only tell the truth and expose the secrecy and methods the court adopt to enslave you. Be vigilant and you will win as equity aids the vigilant! We must all wake up and learn not to sleep on our inalienable rights and simply declare and claridy your "standing" at the appropriate time which there are 3. Best wishes
stuart. The way you make visible your "standing" is equally important.....in the written, penned contracts you will need to be equipped to deal with the legal paperwork the parties send to you. This is why it is important to learn both by listening to us, digesting information along wirh self learning and checking the facts, doing your own critical thinking, to be then appropriately equipped and to know what's occurring at every stage from receiving an invoice or police traffic issue to tax etc, (matters where no man woman, child or property is hurt/harmed/damaged) and in those circumstances explain how the legal system courts/ moj have interfered with the Trial by Jury as I touched on today. We need to Express the Trust and learn the court protocol and highlight the deception operated for all and highlight how you are tricked, which I'm sure you will appreciate takes time and we would not serve people correctly, unless the time is taken to explain the information in bite sized pieces along with the important factor of being calm and in a right frame of mind , no anger to deal with the paperwork. We intend to relieve any fear as you are simply correcting court or complaint information that the court and other public trustee agents presume. If you do this correctly , at the right time then you will hold the aggregate solution and power in your hands, and the courts cannot intervene! Careful steps need to be learned and all legal pitfalls explored before you are ready for taking on the Executor fiduciary responsibilities to protect the corporeal legal estate accounting as True Primary Executor, standing and equitable sole beneficial title holder.
      Hope that makes some sense.

When you get sequestrated, they literally terminate your strawman, that is why they call it an insolvent estate. The "persona" literally is flagged as "deceased" on the system and has a last will and an estate. They appoint an executor to handle the estate of that legal entity who then becomes the trustee. They then ask if you the living person wants to buy any assets from the late estate of your deceased persona, and if you fail to pay for it, they will seize it back from you, since it actually belongs to the "persona" and not you the living man or woman.

    • @dennisblair9626
      @dennisblair9626 10 หลายเดือนก่อน +6

It may have been deemed living for a minute but in reality it was never living, it was always a decedent estate. If we start by looking at legal definition of : "Born alive. Being the product of conception after complete expulsion or extraction from mother, irrespective of the duration of the pregnancy, which breathes or shows any other evidence of life such as beating of the heart, pulsation of the umbilical cord or definite movement of voluntary muscles, whether or not the umbilical cord has been cut or the placenta is attached. Each product of such birth is considered live born and fully recognized as a human person." So each 'product' is fully recognised as a human person, every birth is a multiple birth & we all have a genetic twin. Genesis 25:23 “And the LORD said unto her, Two nations are in thy womb, and two manner of people shall be separated from thy bowels; and the one people shall be stronger than the other people; and the elder shall serve the younger.” At birth there were two beings, one a boy or girl, one an entity (monster), & one of them died, is a corpse or a decedent estate, do you know they know who is who?
‘As above so below, as below so above’, describes our existence within a holographic matrix, which is likened to a mirror that reflects back the consciousness that is being projected onto it.
This is echoed again infinitely into the microcosm that is the legal system. Where everything exists on paper only. It is a hall of mirrors for the uninitiated, it is a world of form without substance where discernment is paramount. If you misconstrue the reflection of 'the thing', for the real thing, you will tumble into the looking glass where you will be forced to act as, to think for and to speak for the person. The person in question is an artificial entity that exists in name only, on paper, on forms and in the minds of men. One’s physical body becomes surety for the imaginary. However, as mentioned, rebut presumptions...
Using the Rule of first possession - I was first in possession of my mind, body and soul
“Qui prior est tempore potior est jure” - “He who is earlier in time is stronger in law”.
But the law can deem you to be anything it wants you to be, & it will be so until you rebut that presumption.
“When you talk of a thing being deemed to be something, you do not mean to say that it is that which it is to be deemed to be. It is rather an admission that it is not what it is to be deemed to be, and that, notwithstanding it is not that particular thing, nevertheless …. it is to be deemed to be that thing.” - The Queen (R) v Norfolk County 1891
If the law deemed you to be a person, then you lost your right to own property. Our Estates (birth rights) have been sequestered from us, & it was done under colour of title, colour of process, colour of law, colour of authority.

Another great video Richard. Having considered myself to be awake for some time, I have often though about this. To help myself understand the legal name, I liken the private and the public that you talk about, to playing a game of monopoly. I'll explain. In order to take part in the game each living man/woman assumes the identity of a piece ie the dog, top hat, battleship, etc. Obviously without the living men/women who step up and assume the role of the piece, those pieces wouldn't move around the board and there would be no game. Instead they say Yes I am the Dog, Yes I am the Iron, etc. They are then responsible/liable for what happens to that piece as it moves around the board, be it good or bad.
In the same way, we step up and say yes I am "THE LEGAL NAME" or the name piece as I call it, and we are therefore liable for whatever comes our way as we move through life. Until recently I have always come back to the same conclusion. I know we are playing a rigged game where all the property has been bought up long ago and we are now simply sent out around the board to keep a small minority of others very wealthy. However if I choose not to play the game, (100% off grid) life would be very hard and many things that my family and I take for granted would be unavailable to us.
I have had limited success in the past with simply not admitting responsibility for the name piece. When you dont step up and take responsibility, they cant proceed and often go away however in some cases they use your silence as non-rebuttal which can drag you down even further so I dont recommend this any more.
It sounds to me like Stuart might have the solution for playing the game without constantly losing. I suspect it involves reading and understanding the rules and playing them at their own game. I'm really looking forward to hearing about how he does it.

Something that came to me when I moved to France was a realization about my birth certificate. I and many Brits have trouble with the French authorities when we have to show out birth certificates.
    Why?
Because it's a COPY. The British government keeps the original.
So it's not your certificate, it belongs to the government

Over here in America, if we sign, without prejudice, it keeps us private, when we have to interact with the corporation…..put without prejudice over your private signature….go to the bank and get a private living trust….they then can not even look at your money, can’t tax it either…..
