Haha no I'm very much an L3 - to be fair I was told I was operating on a higher level and was on a good path to promotion. As for work life balance, it's hard to give a one fits all answer. I had an easy time, but it's possible some people were doing 10 hour days. I don't think anyone is doing 12 hour days though.
