My father has transferred 2 lakhs in the month of April and 3.8 lakhs in the month of August. I have to make a gift deed for money transferred in the month of August. But do I need to make one for the month of April as well? 1. If yes, do I need to make two separate gift deeds or can write both the amount on one gift deed? 2. Will these two gift deeds have any negative impact on my profile? 3. If no, will it create any problem if that amount is shown in my last 6 months bank statement?

....one can use statement of ppf or epf for funds....lic surrender value can be used a pof....ppf can be withdrawn premature under some conditions so can be used...
u know how much u loose if you surrender your LIC?? you get almost nothing out of the money you have invested. PPF is for long term. anything that can be liquidated only those investments or savings can be used as a Proof of funds and of course it cannot be tax saving.
@@canadapr-mallika any money which can v liquidated can be used as pof....in my case I used my pf and declares that in case I'm becoming NRI all money can be withdrawn irrespective of locking period as per post office rule book....second we just need to attach surrender value of lic need not to liquidate them.....because logically that's what u get if u surrender so u need to attach surrender value certificate....

If I have enough POF to cover through 2 FDs available in one account, do I still need to show other FDs available in the same account on bank letter or showing 2 that covers over and above POF requirements should be sufficient? We don't get a working visa without a contract... So why do you say we'd be in Canada waiting for an offer for days or even months? Doesn't make sense since we can't enter the country without having a contract first. 13,500 is too much. If we're going to get payed, I don't see why we must have this amount of money. It's 180,000 mexican pesos 😔

You can apply to permanently immigrate to Canada as a skilled worker without a job offer you have this amount
