I think mentioning if you’re currently employed will suffice. Provided you will attach supporting documents such COE, paystubs, and bank statements

Some schools do not require IELTS instead ask for EMI or any alternatives like Duolingo English Test

what if my father sell his farm into case basis and the he wants to put in my bank account. Of course this might be bulk..still can questionable or its ok?
If your father wants to sponsor you, that is totally fine. Make sure to explain it in your Study Plan and on your bank statements. The longer the money has been in your account, the better. But in general not a problem if someone sponsors you, as long as you explain it and have the sponsor write a letter as well.

For express entry, I have submitted 2 banks signed letters with enough funds + 1 bank statement downloaded online. Should I submit webform to remove 3rd bank (not signed) from proof of funds. Or is it okay that first 2 signed bank letters make up for required funds??
If your two banks are already sufficient that might be good enough. If it was me though, I would get a signed letter from the third one as well, just in case they have a problem with any of the other banks.

My bank certificate is dated last Feb this year, the same one Ived used for my Visa application, will it be enough as proof of fund during Immigration check upon arrival in CNada? Hello there, it depends as some IO doesn't ask for this. but to be on the safer side, bring what you can. latest the better :)

Hi, what if there is no other way rather than bulk deposit? Can we say that it was a gift?
If you have enough time in between larger deposits can be okay, if they did not happen in the last four months, but still try to avoid it. But always explain in detail where the money came from in your letter.

Hi MC! My parents are basically the ones to pay for my tuition fees and other expenses. They'll be depositing the money to my account and they're planning to do it for like every week. Will that be okay? Why not use your parents bank account instead? And attach their employment income docs, rather get a joint account with parents and open a gic, so u dont make unnecessary bulk deposit - show their bank account or get gic, or let them pay ur TF, i am assuming u are under 25yrs old? Mostly 25yrs old are under sponsorship :)

DIY, you’ll have the full control over your application. You know what’s missing and what’s the progress. If by agency, they’ll have all the control of your application and you’ll always need to follow up any updates from them

I used to work in China. Over the years I sent money back home. My dad opened a small clinic. He sold it and helped me with $20,000. So there's one bulk deposit. Later my mom and brother also made two separate bulk deposits.
I'm going to do one year course with 6 month co-op. So I paid the full tuition fee + $24000 upfront as living costs to my GIC for the whole duration of my studies.
Question: am I in the clear or it's still insufficient proof of funds ?
Do I also need to include my bank statement ?
My wife is Chinese and we own two apartments in China + 2 stores.
You can choose the option of opening an account in Canada and transfer the money there.

yes he can do that, but it should not be your only property. You should explain it well in the LOE and make sure that you still have strong home ties.

Explain it on your study plan where you got it, if its a gift make sure you have the letter of sponsorship? :)

Hey, can I use my sister's bank account and a letter of support from her as proof of funds. I am living in Pakistan and she is in USA and I can use her US bank account and ask her for letter of support as well. Does this satisfy the proof of funds requirement.

You can use as many accounts you have or sponsor/s provided you have supporting documents :)
For bulk deposit, what if you do that 6 months before. Since they're only saying you need at least 4 months prior in the bank certificate. Would that still be a red flag when applying?
If you have most of the funds in your account with 4+ months history, that should be okay. You just don't want to show any big fund movements in the last 2-4 months. Especially not without explaining it in your Study Plan.

Ideally, your family members. Parents, siblings, uncle. Friends would be questionable in my opinion esp if its a big amount :)

He could, just like someone from your home country can be your sponsor. He can only be a financial support of course. You need to have detailed explanation how and why he will sponsor you, proof everything with banks statements, proof of income, etc.
I would also not rely on only one sponsor for all proof of funds. It is always better to have several types and sources, also your own funds as the student. Tuition receipts, GIC etc.

If i am eligible for sds category
Is it mandatory to show the sources for Second year tution fee and my father is unemployed ...so can i put my cousin brother as my sponsor who is a central government staff....by doing this ,does my rejection rate will be higher ?
As for the SDS just pay the 1st year tuition fee and GIC worth 10k cad for solo application
