- Bangus sardines is easy to make as long as you have all the ingredients and of course a pressure cooker.

RECIPE:BANGUS SARDINES
FIRST STEP:
Make a solution by mixing 1 cup of rock salt and water make sure that the milkfish is completely covered with water.
Second step:
Combining all the Ingredients and cook for 1hr and 20mins in medium low heat.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 kg milkfish
500ml olive oil
1/2 cup water
4pcs carrots
1 head garlic
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1 tbsp salt
7 red chilli(optional)
6-7 bayleaves
1 cup of salt(for the brine)
7-8 cups water(for the brine)
