At first I thought it was just Megalith Adamancipator and I thought "oh that goes pretty hard" but then Bishbaalkan showed up and blew my mind
The "DISTANTCODER IN SHAMBLES" in chat after the second duel got me good.
Funniest thing about the last duel: Colossus actually cause the leg draw because otherwise the exodia player would've used the secrets in his hand to search.
I hate to ruin this but I'm pretty sure Master Duel's shuffling algorithm just generates cards whenever they are needed and doesn't actually randomize the entire deck on every interaction.
It's still really funny in theory though, yeah.
@@feuerjustcomments Deck Ordering exists for card mechanics(excavate top X, some things read off the bottom of the deck too, and then there's fuggin Slash Draw), the layout is stored in memory, and shuffled whenever appropriate
@Syrel What would be different with these cards? Iirc MD uses a simple algorithm that just checks which cards are in the deck and spits out x random ones among them, that does work with all the mechanics you mentioned.
Also, whenever you get to see the whole deck, it's ordered like it would be in the deck editor.
There are some sims that do actually store the entire deck order, like edo and db, but Master Duel isn't one of them.
I would be shocked if MD didn't store deck order because it opens up so many possible bugs otherwise. However, it doesn't really matter because the deck is hidden information anyway, shuffling it doesn't change your odds of drawing a particular card in the absence of other information about order.
The second match broke my mind when I saw the Magma, cause we all knew it was going to somehow turn into Bishbalkin ftk lmao

It's hilarious how all the exodia pieces were in like the first 15 cards of the deck

One of the most satisfying duels I’ve had in master duel was against exodia ftk. I was going first with tenyi swordsoul but I bricked. So I do what I can, set a back row and pass. They start comboing and I’m thinking that it’s over until they send one of the pieces to the grave. See the back row I set was called by the grave so I sat there grinning to my self as I wait for my moment. Then they activate dark factory targeting the pieces. I don’t think I need to say more. Best game of my life.

I swear, every time I meet Zombies in MD. They always have Alghoul Mazera in their hand. The last Zombies only have 2 cards, Danger! and spell, but somehow, he specifically draws Mazera from Danger! effect. It is really annoying, especially when you have Destroy Cards as your Daily Mission.
They did it with DETERMINATION.
